Abstract: The present invention provides a method, an apparatus and a system for device discovery. The method includes: acquiring, by a first device, a user identification of a target user, and acquiring, according to the user identification of the target user, broadcast information of a second device which the target user logs in; when broadcast information of another device is monitored through a D2D function, matching, by the first device, the monitored broadcast information with the broadcast information of the second device, and if the match is successful, determining, by the first device, that the second device and the first device are within a preset distance. According to the present invention, the accuracy of discovering a short distance user is improved and, thus, the problem in the prior art that the accuracy of discovering a user in a short distance cannot be guaranteed by using a cell ID is solved.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a device discovery method which relates to the field of communications technologies, and can reduce signaling interaction in a process of discovering a nearby device and lower power consumption of the UE. The method in the present invention mainly includes: receiving, by a server, a discovery request, where the discovery request is used to request to discover another UE near a user equipment UE, and the discovery request includes a discovery category indication; generating discovery configuration information according to the discovery category indication, and sending the discovery configuration information to a base station or the UE, where the discovery configuration information is used to configure a parameter that is used when the base station or the UE detects another nearby UE; and receiving a discovery result sent by the base station or the UE.

Abstract: The present invention provides a bearer establishment method, a base station, a packet data gateway, and a computer system, where the bearer establishment method includes: receiving a D2D mode indication requested by an AF entity or a proximity service server for a source UE, where the D2D mode indication includes a first D2D connection establishment mode or a second D2D connection establishment mode; and according to the D2D mode indication, when a D2D connection can be established successfully, establishing the D2D connection for the source UE; or when a D2D connection cannot be established successfully, establishing a common connection if the D2D mode indication is the first D2D connection establishment mode, and feeding back a connection establishment failure response to the AF entity or the proximity service server if the D2D mode indication is the second D2D connection establishment mode.

Abstract: A fiber patch cord apparatus and a port panel, which may simplify a structure of the fiber patch cord system. The fiber patch cord apparatus includes a crawler configured to move to a corresponding position of a source adapter port along a crawling guide rail provided by a port panel, a clamper configured to clamp a fiber patch cord on the source adapter port, and a puller and inserter configured to pull the fiber patch cord out of the source adapter port and a controller that is configured to control the fiber patch cord apparatus to move on a crawling guide rail, where the controller is further configured to control a mold strip group on the port panel to move. The embodiments of the present invention are used to pull and insert a fiber patch cord.

Abstract: Embodiments provide an MTC device communication method, device, and system. A second network element receives, a query message sent by a first network element after the first network element identifies that a type of a received short message is a preset-type short message. The query message comprises an identifier of a receiver of the short message and an identifier of a sender of the short message. The second network element checks whether the sender is authorized to send the preset-type short message to the receiver. The second network element sends a message to the first network element indicating whether or not to send the short message to the receiver.

Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus for cleaning an optical fiber connector, which includes a case, a tape collecting gear, a tape releasing gear, an operating portion, and a cleaning socket disposed on the case. The tape collecting gear and the tape releasing gear are rotatably accommodated in the case in sequence. The cleaning socket is located at a position between the tape collecting gear and the tape releasing gear. The operating portion includes a push rod, and an elastomer, a stop block, a sliding plate, and a toggling member that are installed in the case. In the case, one end of the sliding plate is connected to the push rod in the case and the other end shields the cleaning socket, the elastomer abuts between the stop block and the push rod.

Abstract: A method includes initiating, by a base station, a local routing service start notification. The local routing service start notification is used for notifying a terminal apparatus that a local routing service is to be started. The method also includes receiving, by the base station apparatus, a local routing service request message sent by the terminal apparatus. The method further includes determining, according to the local routing service request message, that the terminal apparatus supports the local routing service. An IP address is assigned to the terminal apparatus, and a first assignment message is sent to the terminal apparatus. The first assignment message includes the IP address assigned to the terminal apparatus.

Abstract: A device discovery method includes: enabling, by a first device, a device-to-device monitoring and broadcasting function; after the first device detects broadcast information of a second device, reporting the broadcast information of the second device and a user identifier of a target user to a network side, requesting that the network side obtains, according to the broadcast information of the second device, an identifier of a user that logs in to the second device, and determines whether the identifier of the user that logs in to the second device is the user identifier of the target user; and receiving a result of the determining returned by the network side, and confirming, by the first device according to the result of the determining, whether a device to which the target user logs in falls within a preset distance from the first device.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for transmitting a small data packet, and a device. The method includes: receiving, by a data transmission device, small data packet indication information sent by a gateway; and if the data transmission device determines, according to the small data packet indication information, that a to-be-sent data packet is a small data packet, transmitting, by the data transmission device, the small data packet in a control plane transmission manner. The present invention can ensure that a data transmission device accurately determines a small data packet, and avoid a network signaling increase caused by a determining error, thereby reducing a network load.

Abstract: A data routing method includes: receiving a route distinguisher of an MME serving UE sent by the MME; determining an information transmission manner supported by the MME; receiving_a query message sent by an MTC-IWF, where the query message carries a user equipment UE identifier and an information transmission manner that needs to be used; determining according to the information transmission manner supported by the MME, the UE identifier, and the information transmission manner that needs to be used, that the MME serving the UE supports the information transmission manner that needs to be used; and sending a route distinguisher of the MME that corresponds to the information transmission manner that needs to be used to the MTC-IWF, so that the MTC-IWF performs routing according to the route distinguisher. Therefore, a most effective transmission path is selected for information transmission, thereby improving service experience of a user.

Therefore, even if the terminal cannot pass the ACB check, the terminal can still perform services of some particular applications.

Abstract: The present invention provides a proximity information registration method, a query method, and a user equipment. The proximity information registration method includes: sending, by a first user equipment, a proximity service request to a proximity service server, where the proximity service request sent by the first user equipment carries an equipment identifier of the first user equipment; monitoring and obtaining, by the first user equipment, broadcast information of a second user equipment which is broadcast by the second user equipment; and registering the broadcast information of the second user equipment with the proximity service server, so that the proximity service server converts the broadcast information of the second user equipment into an equipment identifier of the second user equipment according to a correspondence between the equipment identifier of the second user equipment and the broadcast information of the second user equipment stored by the proximity service server.

In this way, the user equipment may announce its existence at a current location by using the D2D identifier, so that another device discovers the user equipment; and the network side device may further effectively control discovery and communication of the user equipment by using the D2D identifier, so that an operator can provide a proximity service that is effectively controlled by a network.

Abstract: The invention is applicable to the field of communications, and provides a method and a system for differentiating between subscribers. The method includes: acquiring, by a control plane node, information of a mobile virtual network operator subscribed by a subscriber; and differentiating, by the control plane node, between the subscribers according to the information of the mobile virtual network operator subscribed by the subscriber. By acquiring information of a mobile virtual network operator subscribed by the subscriber, the subscriber and a real subscriber subscribing a network can be differentiated according to the information of the mobile virtual network operator subscribed by the subscriber, thus, when the network is congested, the real subscriber subscribing the network and a wholesale subscriber can be differentiated according to information configured by a user equipment above, thereby implementing differentiated control and processing of the two types of subscribers.
