Abstract: An action recognition method and apparatus related to artificial intelligence and include extracting a spatial feature of a to-be-processed picture, determining a virtual optical flow feature of the to-be-processed picture based on the spatial feature and X spatial features and X optical flow features in a preset feature library, where the X spatial features and the X optical flow features include a one-to-one correspondence, determining a first type of confidence of the to-be-processed picture in different action categories based on similarities between the virtual optical flow feature and Y optical flow features, where each of the Y optical flow features in the preset feature library corresponds to one action category, X and Y are both integers greater than 1, and determining an action category of the to-be-processed picture based on the first type of confidence.

Abstract: An antenna includes: a first antenna portion and a second antenna portion arranged adjacently. The first antenna portion includes a first antenna branch and a first parasitic branch, and the second antenna portion includes a second antenna branch. The first parasitic branch is positioned between the first antenna branch and the second antenna branch. The first parasitic branch is L-shaped, and includes a first branch segment and a second branch segment. A first end of the first branch segment is in contact to a ground region, a second end of the first branch segment is joined to a first end of the second branch segment, and a second end of the second branch segment points towards the second antenna branch.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a phase shifter and a manufacturing method thereof, and an antenna. The phase shifter includes a first substrate including a reference electrode, and a second substrate including a delay line and a bias line. An orthographic projection of the bias line on the first substrate and that of the delay line, at least partially overlap with that of the reference electrode respectively. The orthographic projection of the bias line on the first substrate does not overlap with that of the delay line. The delay line is used for transmitting a microwave signal and defining a microwave transmission region. When electrical signals are applied to the reference electrode, the delay line and the bias line, electric field areas formed respectively between the reference electrode and the delay line, and between the reference electrode and the bias line, cover the microwave transmission region.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a phase shifter and a manufacturing method thereof, and an antenna. The phase shifter includes a first substrate and a second substrate, and a medium layer arranged between them. The first substrate includes a reference electrode arranged on a side of a first base substrate close to the medium layer, and the second substrate includes a delay line arranged on a side of a second base substrate close to the medium layer. An orthographic projection on the first substrate of the delay line at least partially overlaps with that of the reference electrode. A line spacing and/or a line width of the delay line is enable to make a cell thickness between the first substrate and the second substrate be 20 ?m-75 ?m.

Abstract: A method for preparing an accelerator for sprayed mortar/concrete is provided. The accelerator includes an organic component, inorganic component aluminum sulfate, an initiator, and a reductant. The organic component in the form of a polymer monomer is added to concrete and polymerized into a polymer network structure in the presence of the initiator and the reductant; and the inorganic component aluminum sulfate promotes rapid hydration of the concrete to form an inorganic network structure. Such organic-inorganic interpenetrating network thickens a cement-based material rapidly to achieve strong adhesion, fast-setting and hardening properties and effectively reduces resilience of the sprayed mortar/concrete. The accelerator prepared by the method is well compatible with all sorts of cement, efficient and environmentally friendly.

Abstract: A method for determining a processing capability includes: a first node sends a message to a second node. The message includes extension header processing capability information, and the extension header processing capability information is used to indicate a processing capability of the first node for an Internet Protocol (IP) version 6 (IPv6) extension header. After receiving the message, the second node obtains, based on the extension header processing capability information, the processing capability of the first node for the IPv6 extension header to determine whether the first node needs to forward or receive a packet.

Abstract: A regulating cementitious material for promoting hydration of Portland cement is provided. The regulating cementitious material may include ingredients by weight as follows: ye'elimite, 27˜68 parts; anhydrite, 29˜68 parts; lithium nitrite, 2˜5 parts; ethylene glycol monoisopropanolamine, 0.14˜0.29 parts; triethanolamine acetate, 0.04˜0.09 parts; and polyglycerol, 0.04˜0.09 parts. An early strength of Portland cement can be improved through a cooperative hydration between minerals and an enhanced solubilization of a complexing agent.

Abstract: Synthesis and application of an alcohol amine with an extended main carbon chain are provided, belonging to the field of chemical building materials. Under the action of a catalyst, tertiary amine is subjected to a two-step substitution reaction, a hydrolytic reaction and a reducing reaction to obtain a novel alcohol amine (NAA). The novel alcohol amine as provided may have a better grinding aid effect than triethanolamine while is added into cement as a cement grinding aid, and thus has a wide application prospect.

Abstract: Device and method controlling for an antenna, an antenna system and a computing control device are provided. The antenna includes multiple antenna array elements and multiple phase shifters for calibrating phases of the multiple antenna array elements. The device includes a temperature sensor, a positioning unit and a computing control unit, the temperature sensor is configured to obtain temperature information of the antenna and output it to the computing control unit; the positioning unit is configured to obtain position information of the antenna and output it to the computing control unit; the computing control unit is configured to receive the position information and temperature information of the antenna, determine position information of a satellite, and control the phase shifters to adjust phases of the multiple antenna array elements according to the position information the temperature information of the antenna, the position information of the satellite and pre-stored calibration data.
