    Abstract: A sanitary tampon applicator comprises an outer sleeve to accommodate a tampon and an inner sleeve slidably telescoped into the outer sleeve to extrude the tampon through a front open end of the outer sleeve, the inner sleeve comprising a first inner sleeve member and a second inner sleeve member slidably inserted into the former and a rear end of the former and a front end of the latter are automatically interlocked by pulling the later rearwards in use of the tampon.
