Abstract: A battery cell, a battery, and an electrical apparatus. The battery cell comprises a casing assembly, an electrode assembly, and a current collecting member. The casing assembly comprises an electrode lead-out part used for inputting or outputting electric energy. The electrode assembly is accommodated in the casing assembly, and the electrode assembly comprises a main body part and a tab, the tab being connected to the main body part, and the tab and the electrode lead-out part being made of different materials. The current collecting member comprises a first connecting part made of the same material as the electrode lead-out part and a second connecting part made of the same material as the tab, the first connecting part being connected to the second connecting part, the first connecting part being welded to the electrode lead-out part, and the second connecting part being welded to the tab.
