    Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, apparatus, article of manufacture, method and/or computer program product embodiments, and/or combinations and sub-combinations thereof, for optimizing continuous parameters in online recommendation systems. An example embodiment operates by generating a surrogate model including an updatable statistical model of one or more mappings from candidate configurations of tunable parameters of a target model to values of the objective function. The tunable parameters include a continuous parameter. The embodiment then selects, using an acquisition function and outputs from the surrogate model, candidate configurations of the tunable parameters having the continuous parameter. The embodiment then determines objective-function values that are indicative of performance measures of the target model for the selected candidate. The embodiment then updates the surrogate model.

    Abstract: An ultrahigh strain recovery shape memory alloy screen pipe material and a preparation method and application thereof. The material is obtained by cold pressing molding of a preform, the preform is prepared by winding a NiTi shape memory alloy wire into a spiral coil and then winding, laying or weaving, the spiral coil of the NiTi shape memory alloy wire in the preform is structurally embedded or interlocked with each other, and the alloy screen pipe material has a recovery strain of 43-83% at a temperature of 100-350° C. The material has excellent high-temperature tolerance, can achieve spontaneous expansion and deformation under high-temperature conditions, and generally has an ultrahigh recoverable strain. Its pore characteristic is a through-hole structure and a pore size is controllable, so that a filtration effect is ensured, and the preparation cost is relatively low.

The concentration of the phospholipid or the derivative thereof is 0.05%-60% by weight, and the concentration of the amphiphilic surfactant is 0.05%-25% by weight. The ocular delivery system of the low-aggregate nano-formulation prepared in the present disclosure has the advantages of a particle size smaller than 10 nm, good tissue permeability, good stability, and a low irritation level, which greatly improve the bioavailability of ocular drug administration.

    Abstract: A system and method for improving the water quality of a dehydration tower in a purified terephthalic acid device includes a dehydration washing device, a tail gas condensation device communicating with the top of the dehydration washing device, and a water separation device communicating with the tail gas condensation device. The system reduces energy consumption. The tail gas condensation device uses low-pressure vapor of about 0.05 MPa generated by an Nm-th-stage condenser as a heating medium. Working media are water and the low-pressure vapor, and no organic phase is involved in a process, and a reaction is stable and intrinsically safe. The water in the water separation tower is purified water and concentrated water, the purified water is returned to the top of the dehydration tower, and the concentrated water is mixed with a mother liquor and then enters the dehydration tower.

The resistance to Fusarium crown rot caused by Fusarium pseudograminearum can be rapidly predicted and screened through the molecular marker detection during seedling stage, which saves precious scientific research time and a lot of manpower and material resources, and the identification result is stable. Therefore, the method can accurately and efficiently screen a wheat variety with resistance to the Fusarium crown rot, and greatly improve a breeding process of a wheat with high-yield and resistance to the Fusarium crown rot.
