    Abstract: A MEMS accelerometer includes a base, proof mass, at least one pair of seesaw structures, and an out-of-plane displacement detection component. The at least one pair of the seesaw structures are oppositely disposed and fixed on the base through anchor points, and the out-of-plane displacement detection component is configured to detect rotation of the at least one pair of the seesaw structures or out-of-plane linear motion of the proof mass. Linear displacement of the MEMS accelerometer is not only beneficial to improve linearity of a capacitive displacement detection, but also to other non-capacitive detection methods, such as optical displacement detection. In addition, a double coupling structure is adopted to jointly couple rotation of seesaws, and remaining translational and rotational modes of the seesaw structures are suppressed.

    Abstract: In an etch process chamber, oscillators are positioned a predetermined distance away from an outer wall and coupled to a microwave generator. An inner wall of the process chamber on which particulates such as polymers adhere from the etch process is vibrated via operations of the oscillators. A gas flows into the cavity defined by the inner wall to collect the displaced particulates, which is then pumped out of the cavity to clean the process chamber. A controller identifies the polymer recipe used during the etch process and selects an oscillation program from memory. A microwave generator, controlled by the controller, is directed to generate microwaves at preselected frequencies determined from the program. The microwave frequencies are communicated to the oscillators, which then vibrate the inner wall at such received frequencies.

The low viscosity of the starch-based adhesive is ensured by selecting a crosslinking monomer which does not self-crosslink in a reaction process in the present disclosure, and a binary crosslinking agent matched with the crosslinking monomer is added before use to be quickly crosslinked with the crosslinking monomer at high temperature so as to ensure better thermosetting property and water resistance as well as faster curing speed of the starch-based adhesive at the same time, which meets the requirements of the particleboards for the adhesive, solves the problem of long curing time of the existing starch-based adhesives at high temperatures, further shortens the curing time of the starch-based adhesives to about 60 s, and improves the production efficiency of the particleboards.

The disclosure combines enzymatic synthesis of cyclodextrin and inclusion of tributyrin with cyclodextrin, including enzymatic preparation of cyclodextrin with a CGT enzyme. Tributyrin is added in the preparation process; after reaction, Tween is added, and homogenization and spray drying are carried out. The effect of the finally obtained tributyrin powder is much better than that of single inclusion of tributyrin with cyclodextrin. The disclosure is simple in process, low in cost and convenient in operation; reaction processes are free of toxicity and pollution; there are no toxic reagent residues; the inclusion effect is obvious, and better utilization of a nutritional additive tributyrin in actual production is facilitated.

In the present disclosure, starch is used as a main raw material, and after acid hydrolysis thereof, a semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization method is adopted to improve control of monomer polymerization stability. After grafting is completed, a cross-linking monomer with polymerizable double bonds and condensable methylol functional groups is added for copolymerization. The cross-linking monomer is also added in a semi-continuous manner. After the cross-linking reaction is completed, the reaction mixture is gelatinized and incubated, and finally a thermosetting adhesive which can be used for bonding of hot-pressed wood-based panels is obtained.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing high-load oral paclitaxel capsule for a slow release in colon, belonging to the field of porous starch drug loading. The preparation method of the present disclosure includes the following steps: (1) dripping an ethanol solution of paclitaxel into a water phase and drying the solution to obtain an amorphous paclitaxel microsphere; (2) redissolving the paclitaxel microsphere prepared in step (1) in the ethanol solution, dispersing porous starch in the ethanol solution for adsorption, volatilizing a solvent in an oven, washing the porous starch with the ethanol solution to remove unadsorbed paclitaxel, and centrifuging same to obtain a precipitate, namely the porous starch loaded with paclitaxel; and (3) dispersing the porous starch loaded with paclitaxel prepared in step (2) in a chitosan solution, dropwise adding the solution into a phytic acid solution, and stirring the solution for 4 hours to obtain a coated capsule.
