Abstract: Disclosed are a teleprompter and a rear mounting bracket. The teleprompter includes a reflection structure, a front support plate and a second sliding seat provided with a pipe clamp; the second sliding seat is installed on the reflection structure, and the pipe clamp is configured to detachably install a rear mounting bracket equipped with a guide tube; and the front support plate is connected to a front of the reflection structure.
