In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive configuration information that indicates an uplink transmit switching configuration for performing uplink transmit switching between a first component carrier and a second component carrier and a sounding reference signal (SRS) carrier switching configuration for performing SRS carrier switching between the second component carrier and a third component carrier, wherein the configuration information is associated with a maximum number of allowable switches over an amount of time. The UE may transmit, based at least in part on the configuration information, one or more signals associated with performing at least one of uplink transmit switching or SRS carrier switching.     Abstract: At a conversion sub-module of a 5G subsystem, the 5G data packets are converted from a 5G cellular data packet format to an Ethernet/Wi-Fi data packet format (and vice versa for upstream traffic). The converted data packets are transmitted from the 5G subsystem to a host system over a GMII channel, as a virtualized Ethernet interface, to an Ethernet packet hardware acceleration engine, to the Ethernet packet hardware acceleration engine. The 5G subsystem is connected to the host system as a USB device. The converted 5G cellular data packets are processed as Ethernet or Wi-Fi data packets through the Ethernet/Wi-Fit packet hardware acceleration engine. The Ethernet packet hardware acceleration engine bypasses a central processing unit. Then the converted data packet is transmitted downstream over Ethernet or Wi-Fi to a destination. Upstream traffic is received.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing a polypeptide from a recombinant fusion protein, and disclosed are a method for producing a polypeptide by means of serially combining multiple protease cleavage sites and polypeptide sequences in a specific order under the assistance of protein chaperones, and the use thereof. The high-tandem number recombinant engineering bacteria constructed in the present invention can efficiently express soluble recombinant proteins without forming inclusion bodies and with less impurity proteins. The fusion protein captured after high-pressure crushing can be quickly digested by an enzyme within 1-2 h to obtain a target polypeptide monomer. The expression system can be used to produce various polypeptides having 10-60 amino acids and/or an isoelectric point range of 2-10. Compared with a single serial connection, the yield of the target polypeptide is greatly improved. The method is more suitable for industrial large-scale production.
