  • Patent number: 11964962
Abstract: Disclosed is a pyridazinone compound represented by Formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, prodrug, hydrate, solvate, polymorph, stereoisomer, or isotopic variant thereof. The compound can be used for preparation of medicinal products for treatment and/or prophylaxis of a disease or condition associated with thyroid hormone abnormalities. The compound has higher selectivity to TH?, better pharmacokinetic parameters, desired stability, and higher agonistic activity toward TH?.

  • Publication number: 20240077071
Abstract: A system can include one or more processors; memory; a data interface that receives data; a control interface that transmits control signals for control of pumps of a hydraulic fracturing operation; and one or more components that can include one or more of a modeling component that predicts pressure in a well fluidly coupled to at least one of the pumps, a pumping rate adjustment component that generates a pumping rate control signal for transmission via the control interface, a capacity component that estimates a real-time pumping capacity for each individual pump, and a control component that, for a target pumping rate for the pumps during the hydraulic fracturing operation, generates at least one of engine throttle and transmission gear settings for each of the individual pumps using an estimated real-time pumping capacity for each individual pump where the settings are transmissible via the control interface.

  • Patent number: 10572291
Abstract: In an example, a method for managing a virtual network is provided. According to the method, first and second domains are respectively created for heterogeneous first and second hypervisor mangers. The first hypervisor manager manages a first virtual machine (VM) and first virtual switch (vSwitch) The second hypervisor manager manages a second VM and a second vSwitch. Based on topology of the virtual network, topology management information may be created, which comprises first and second virtual network topology information respectively for the first and second domains, and first and second configuration information respectively for the first and second vSwitches. The topology management information may be distributed to the first and second hypervisor mangers after being associated with the first and second domains, so to the first and second vSwitches implement packet forwarding between the first and second VMs according to the first and second configuration information respectively.
