    Abstract: A system for sensing a location of a near field communication (NFC) device includes an NFC reader that communicates with a remote NFC device through load modulation. The NFC reader transmits a wireless carrier signal from an antenna, and the remote NFC device modulates the carrier signal by changing its internal impedance in order to transmit data to the NFC reader. The NFC reader has at least one antenna for receiving the modulated signal. The antenna is coupled to circuitry that analyzes the signal received from the remote NFC device to determine a location of the remote NFC device relative to the NFC reader. The circuitry then selects a transmit antenna from a plurality of transmit antennas in the NFC reader, based on the determined location, to communicate with the remote NFC device.

A user equipment (UE) may store configurations for candidate physical cell identifiers (PCIs) that the UE may select from for inter-cell mobility. The base station or the UE or both may identify a second configuration indicating a number of selected PCIs for inter-cell mobility operations. In some cases, the selected PCIs may be a subset of the configured PCIs. Identifying the number of configured PCIs and the number of selected PCIs by the base station and UE may be based on a capability report configured by the UE. The UE and the base station may perform an inter-cell mobility operation based on stored cell configurations associated with the configured PCIs and the selected PCIs.

    Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a lithographic mask of an integrated circuit for semiconductor device manufacturing an optical proximity correction (OPC) process to a layout pattern of the integrated circuit is performed to produce a corrected layout pattern. An inverse lithographic technology (ILT) process to the corrected layout pattern is also performed to enhance the corrected layout pattern to produce an OPC-ILT-enhanced layout pattern of the lithographic mask. A first contour image associated with the OPC-ILT-enhanced layout pattern is generated when the OPC-ILT-enhanced layout pattern of the lithographic mask is projected on a wafer. The features of the generated first contour image are extracted. And a second contour image of a developed photo resist pattern on the wafer associated with the OPC-ILT-enhanced layout pattern as an output of a deep neural network is generated.

    Abstract: Provided are a direct current resistance (DCR) detection method for batteries, a system, a device, and a storage medium. Multiple discharging current pulses are applied during the constant current charging process of a battery to form a negative pulse charging mode. The discharging current can be added during the charging process to quickly remove the polarization effect of a battery cell generated during the charging process, thereby improving the charging acceptance capacity of the battery cell, shortening the charging time and increasing the charging efficiency. At the same time, a first battery voltage is obtained during the discharging current pulse time period, and a second battery voltage is obtained during the constant current charging time period after the discharging current pulse, thereby obtaining a DCR value of the battery during actual charging and use. The DCR of the battery cell can be detected simultaneously in the negative pulse charging mode.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a user equipment (UE) may monitor for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) transmissions and generate SPS hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) bits scheduled for transmission to the base station in a set of uplink symbols. However, a collision may occur during transmission if a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) carrying the SPS HARQ bits overlaps with downlink symbols. The UE may defer all SPS HARQ bits from collided PUCCHs to a next available PUCCH resource. In some examples, the UE may distribute deferred HARQ bits across multiple available PUCCH resources. The UE may distribute the deferred HARQ bits evenly across the next available PUCCH resources, or the UE may distribute the deferred HARQ bits unevenly according to a pattern. In some examples, the base station may indicate (e.g., via a downlink control information (DCI) message) a deferment pattern to the UE.

    Abstract: A deep learning-based digital holographic continuous phase noise reduction method for microstructure measurement is provided. A MEMS microstructure is simulated to generate an object phase image through generation of random matrix superposition, noise in a digital holographic continuous phase map is simultaneously simulated to generate a noise grayscale image, and a simulation data set is thus created. An end-to-end convolutional neural network is designed, and a trained convolutional neural network is trained and obtained. A holographic interference pattern of an object under measurement is collected by photographing, and after spectrum extraction, angular spectrum diffraction, phase unwrapping, and distortion compensation, a continuous phase map containing only the object phase and noise is obtained and input into the trained convolutional neural network to obtain an object phase map.
