    Abstract: System and method for robust sensorless control of permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance (PM-SyR) motor. The system and method includes startup control of a motor with known rotor position/speed, but unknown rotor magnetic polarity of a motor exhibiting rotor magnetic anisotropy or saliency. The system and method includes a rotor characteristic detection method for a PM-SyR motor that detects rotor magnetic polarity based on the variation of the inductance that is caused by the leakage flux paths in the rotor barrier bridges and utilizes the detected rotor magnetic polarity for improved motor startup.

An excitation signal is generated by a direct digital synthesis (DDS) module of a signal transmission portion. A constant voltage mode or a constant current mode is adopted for observation. After the signal passes through a constant voltage/constant current module, a constant high-voltage signal source or a current source signal with constant current output is formed and output to ground through grounding electrodes A and B to establish a stable observation signal field source. Geoelectric response information under the excitation of each frequency signal is acquired by a signal receiving portion through grounding electrodes M and N, processed and send out to a microcontroller unit (MCU) for display and storage. The spectrum parameters at different depths are observed by adjusting geometric dimensions of AB and MN.

    Abstract: The present invention introduces a capillary distillation method comprising the following steps: heating wastewater, subsequently directing the heated wastewater to one end of a water-diversion fiber material. Through capillary action, the heated wastewater permeates the water-diversion fiber material, diffusing downward along microchannel pathways within the material. Upon reaching the surface of the water-diversion fiber material, the wastewater evaporates. Water vapor is then directed to a condensation module, where it undergoes condensation and collection, resulting in the production of fresh water.

    Abstract: In combination with conventional therapies (e.g. targeted therapy, chemotherapy, and angiogenesis inhibitors, etc.), immunotherapies targeting checkpoint molecules have shown promise in the treatment of solid or liquid tumors. However, the role of non-tumor cells in the intratumoral microenvironment has indicated that ablation of these cells may be a key to mounting an effective immune response against the tumor which includes tumor infiltration of cytotoxic T-cells and other anti-tumor cells of the immune system. Rather than focusing on trying to inhibit the ectonucleotidase activity of CD39 as an enzyme that generates adenosine, the present invention instead utilizes CD39 expression to bring about intratumoral cell ablation by CD39-dependent ADCC.
