    Abstract: The present invention discloses a machining technology of a low-temperature high-strength-ductility high manganese steel, high manganese steel plate, and high manganese steel tube, and a high manganese steel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: Mn 30%-36%, C 0.02%-0.06%, S?0.01%, P?0.008% and the balance being Fe. Smelted steel ingots are subject to solution treatment and are rolled and homogenized to obtain a high manganese steel plate or are drawn to form a high manganese steel tube. The hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel plate after being hot-rolled has tremendous application value in the fields of low-temperature applications, such as the steel plate used for a low temperature pressure container.

    Abstract: A method for detecting notoginseng using terahertz technology. The notoginseng samples are pulverized in pulverizer. The pulverized samples are mixed with polyethylene powder in the ratio of 1:4 to 1:6. The powder mixture is pressed in a tablet press to obtain notoginseng tablet. Terahertz spectrograph is started. A peak is saved, and a background signal is measured. The time-domain graph of the background without sample is acquired. The time-domain graphs of the notoginseng tablets are acquired. The time-domain graphs are transformed into frequency-domain graphs by Fourier transform. The frequency-domain graphs are converted to obtain absorption spectrum of the notoginseng tablets. The absorption peak position of test tablet is compared with that of standard tablet to determine its authenticity. The concentration of key active substances of the notoginseng test sample is quantitatively analyzed by integrating the area under absorption peak curve of the notoginseng test sample.

    Abstract: A device and method of enhancing terahertz wave signals based on a hollow metal waveguide are disclosed. Simple devices such as a beam splitter, multiple plane mirrors, a beam combiner and an adjustable delay system are used. Two laser beams having a wavelength of 800 nm split by the beam splitter generate a fixed time phase delay, and are converged in the hollow metal waveguide to sequentially overlap with pulse of a laser having a wavelength of 400 nm for nonlinear interaction to ionize gas in the optical fiber to generate terahertz waves. The hollow metal waveguide can converge and transmit the generated terahertz waves due to its total reflection characteristics.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of enhancing absorption spectral signals of a biological sample in a terahertz waveband in which the biological sample are embedded and supported with black silicon. In the method, the biological sample are filled between the surface micro-nano structures of a black silicon material and then freeze-dried. When the terahertz wave is incident upon the black silicon material, multiple reflections will occur between the micro-nano structures, so that the terahertz wave passes through the biological sample multiple times to increase the distance of interaction between the terahertz waves and the biological sample, allowing for enhanced absorption spectral signals of the biological sample and improved identifiability of the biological sample. The method is simple and easy to implement and low in cost.
