  • Publication number: 20230131336
Abstract: A material processing apparatus is disclosed. This material processing apparatus is particularly developed to utilize a quasi-traveling microwave to conduct heat treatment for a thread-type article like fiber, silk, artificial fiber, and artificial silk. The material processing apparatus comprises a primary waveguide tube, a microwave blocking plate, a secondary waveguide tube, and at least one microwave absorbing member disposed of in the primary waveguide tube. By such design, a microwave source supplies a microwave to the secondary waveguide tube and the primary waveguide tube, such that the microwave travels in the two waveguide tubes so as to become a quasi-traveling microwave. Therefore, in the case of a thread-type article being be fed into the primary waveguide tube via the secondary waveguide tube by a thread-type article transferring mechanism, the thread-type article is steadily and evenly heated by the quasi-traveling microwave in the two waveguide tubes.

  • Patent number: 10777332
Abstract: The present invention proposes an electrode thin film and a method for manufacturing the electrode thin film. The method includes: determining a height between a first roller and a substrate and a coating speed for the first roller coating a first metal nanowire suspension liquid onto the substrate based on a suspension property of the first metal nanowire suspension liquid; coating, by using the first roller, the first metal nanowire suspension liquid onto the substrate with the coating speed to form a wetting film on the substrate; and controlling a first temperature of the substrate heating the wetting film based on the suspension property of the first metal nanowire suspension liquid to dry the wetting film as the electrode thin film. The first temperature makes a dewetting speed of the wetting film higher than a drying speed of the wetting film.

  • Patent number: 10170132
Abstract: An echo-cancelling device includes an audio input/output (I/O) terminal, an audio-receiving module, an analog-to-digital (A/D) converter, and a processor is provided. The A/D converter is electrically connected to the audio-receiving module. The processor is electrically connected to the A/D converter and the audio I/O terminal. The audio I/O terminal receives an external reference signal from an electronic device. The audio-receiving module receives an input audio and an output audio from the electronic device, and generates an analog input signal having the input audio and the output audio. The A/D converter generates a digital input signal according to the analog input signal. The processor cancels the output audio to generate a second (digital) sound signal according to the digital input signal and the external reference signal. Finally, the processor transmits the second (digital) sound signal to the electronic device via the audio I/O terminal.
