The compounds are employed in pharmaceutical compositions, and methods of making and use, including treating a person in need thereof with an effective amount of the compound or composition, and detecting a resultant improvement in the person's health or condition.

Abstract: A transportation support assembly and a transport device are provided in embodiments of the disclosure, the transportation support assembly comprising: a supporting plate; a first baffle plate; a second baffle plate; and at least one bundling strap. Each of the first baffle plate and the second baffle plate is hinged with the supporting plate and is provided thereon respectively with at least one through-hole through which the at least one bundling strap passes such that the first baffle plate, the second baffle plate and the bundling strap cooperate with one another to clamp an object to be supported. Thereby, human labor as required for handling and carrying an apparatus is saved, and any risk in handling and carrying of the apparatus is also reduced, by the transportation support assembly.

Abstract: Provided herein, in some embodiments, are methods of using certain cereblon-associated proteins, such as Aiolos, Ikaros, interferon (IFN), and IFN pathway proteins, casein kinase 1, alpha 1 (CSNK1A1), and ZFP9, as biomarkers for use in predicting and monitoring clinical sensitivity and therapeutic response to certain compounds in patients having various diseases and disorders, such as cancers (e.g., diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), multiple myeloma (MM), myelodysplasia syndromes (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML)) and IFN-associated disorders. Abstract: An echo-cancelling device includes an audio input/output (I/O) terminal, an audio-receiving module, an analog-to-digital (A/D) converter, and a processor is provided. The A/D converter is electrically connected to the audio-receiving module. The processor is electrically connected to the A/D converter and the audio I/O terminal. The audio I/O terminal receives an external reference signal from an electronic device. The audio-receiving module receives an input audio and an output audio from the electronic device, and generates an analog input signal having the input audio and the output audio. The A/D converter generates a digital input signal according to the analog input signal. The processor cancels the output audio to generate a second (digital) sound signal according to the digital input signal and the external reference signal. Finally, the processor transmits the second (digital) sound signal to the electronic device via the audio I/O terminal.
