    Abstract: An anti-seismic performance reinforcement structure of a masonry structure and a construction method of the same are proposed, where a deformed bar is constructed to be tied to the entire circumference of the masonry structure at every predetermined height thereof such that the masonry structure is connected to a wall, thereby simplifying a construction process, and inducing the masonry structure and the wall to be moved integrally to each other during an earthquake so as to prevent the masonry wall from collapsing. The method of performing anti-seismic performance reinforcement and crack repair of the masonry structure includes: removing a predetermined depth of a horizontal joint; mounting the cross joint by forcibly press-fitting the cross joint having the press-in holder and the horizontal holder to a perforated position; fixing a deformed bar fixture to the wall; and tying the entire circumference of the masonry structure with the deformed bar.

    Abstract: A tool for cutting joints of a masonry wall includes a cutter shank connected to an output end of an electric motor to receive vibration, a joint cutter separably coupled at a rear end thereof to the cutter shank, having a cross-section, which has a cutter thickness that is the same as or smaller than a thickness of the joints and a height that is several times larger than the cutter thickness, and having cutter grooves longitudinally formed on both sides in the direction of the cutter thickness to perform cutting and discharge chips of cut joints, thereby showing a cutting ability, a connection socket passed over the joint cutter to be positioned at a coupling portion between the cutter shank and the joint cutter, and a coupling pin inserted in the connection socket and keeping the cutter shank and the joint cutter coupled to each other.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for reinforcing a block masonry wall of blocks by use of a fixture, fixture holder, and deformed steel wire. The fixture holder has a hollow pipe shape and includes six blade receptacles protruding outward from a periphery thereof by a predetermined distance. The blade receptacles are spirally formed in a longitudinal direction of the fixture holder by a predetermined pitch. The deformed steel wire has an approximately regular-polygonal longitudinal direction thereof by a constant pitch. The deformed steel wire includes an intersectional connecting portion and/or beam connection loop. A block used in the reinforcing method includes a center hole and a side surface groove, and further includes first and second side holes at opposite sides of the center hole. The side surface groove is formed only at one side surface or either side surface of the block. All the holes have a rounded rectangular shape.
