The method includes: constructing a high dam risk incident case database and extracting risk feature parameters; applying multi-scale hierarchical adaptive correspondence analysis, and resolving the problem of imbalance feature weights through feature weight calculation, hierarchical weighting of risk modes, establishment of physical similarity indices, and structural difference compensation, generating a weighted similar-project ranking list; constructing a time-series adaptive network model with multiple failure modes coupled to address the imperfect time-series evolution mechanism of failure paths, and outputting a time-series failure path prediction model; combining the similar-project ranking list and the time-series failure path prediction model to conduct engineering analogy analysis and generate a high dam safety status assessment report.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a particle algorithm-based method for underwater detection and operation positioning of a reservoir dam system. A water body is stimulated by adopting a smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method, the ROV is simulated by adopting a discrete element method (DEM) unit formed by a series of particles, an umbilical cable between the ROV and a water surface control unit are simulated by a spring unit, dynamic interaction among the ROV, water flow and the cable are calculated by combining the SPH method and the DEM, and real-time motion positions of the ROV and the cable in complex environments are calculated and obtained; and a relative position between the ROV and the surface control unit can be calculated through the real-time position of the cable, and the real-time underwater positioning of the ROV is realized in combination with an absolute coordinate position of the surface control unit.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a self-positioning system of a deepwater underwater robot of an irregular dam surface of a reservoir, including cross reflection metal plates arranged on the irregular dam surface, and an underwater robot provided with a control motherboard, a water level indicator and a sonar system, wherein the water level indicator and the sonar system are respectively connected with the control motherboard, and the control motherboard is connected with a computer via a cable. The cross reflection metal plate has known coordinates and has four quadrants. A sonar signal emitted by the sonar system is reflected by the cross reflection metal plate to generate sonar reflection signals of four quadrants, and the sonar signals in the effective quadrants correspond to known coordinate parameters of the cross reflection metal plate so as to obtain the horizontal distance between the underwater robot and the irregular dam surface.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for detecting speech spectral peaks and a speech recognition method and system. The method for detecting speech spectral peaks comprises detecting speech spectral peak candidates from power spectrum of the speech, and removing noise peaks from the speech spectral peak candidates according to peak duration and/or peak positions of adjacent frames, to detect speech spectral peaks. In the present invention, reliable speech spectral peaks can be obtained by removing noise peaks using the limitations of peak duration and adjacent frames in the detection of the speech spectral peaks. Further the energy values of the speech spectral peaks are used to extract the MFCC feature of speech instead of a sample sequence of the whole power spectrum in the conventional technique, the noise robustness of speech recognition can be enhanced while not increasing the speech feature dimensions.
