  • Publication number: 20260132461
Abstract: A molecular marker associated with immune parameters in yaks and use thereof in breeding are provided. A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) molecular marker associated with immune traits in yaks is identified through screening. The SNP molecular marker is located at position 26593056 on chromosome 3 of the yak reference genome version LU_Bosgru_v3.0, and a nucleotide at the position is G or A. The SNP molecular marker is utilized to quantify levels of immunoglobulin A, immunoglobulin G, and immunoglobulin M in a yak individual, providing a novel SNP molecular marker resource for non-diagnostic, marker-assisted selection of immune traits in yaks, thereby providing a basis for breeding yaks with enhanced immune competence.

  • Publication number: 20260133110
Abstract: An in vitro trans-dermal diffusion apparatus for gas exposure, including: a gas generator, an exposure chamber, an exhaust treating device, a sampling arm, a diffusion chamber, a liquid replenishment tank, and a sample bottle rack. The in vitro trans-dermal diffusion apparatus for gas exposure supports multiple diffusion chambers conducting gas exposure experiments simultaneously. The sampling port and replenishing port of the diffusion chamber are separated, enabling the rapid replenishment of fluids through a replenishment tank after sampling, which reduces the time the skin membrane is separated from the receptor fluid. The sampling arm of the in vitro trans-dermal diffusion apparatus for gas exposure, combined with a telescoping rod, allows the sampling needle to be inserted into the sampling port for sampling and can also be extended into a sample bottle to release the sample, minimizing the contact between the sample liquid and the air.

  • Publication number: 20260125327
Abstract: Yttria-stabilized zirconia ceramic bodies with a composite system comprising two or more phases. The sintered yttria-stabilized zirconia ceramic bodies have localized regions with different yttria concentrations within the composite system. These microregions containing varying yttria concentrations result in a non-uniform distribution of yttria ranges which individually contribute to localized characteristics that synergistically provide improved fracture toughness and machinability.

  • Patent number: 12426614
Abstract: A Lentinula edodes-derived saltiness enhancing peptide, a method for preparing the same and use thereof are provided herein, belonging to the technical field of active peptides. The Lentinula edodes-derived saltiness enhancing peptide is derived from an enzymolysis extract of a Lentinula edodes fruiting body by flavourzyme and shows a strong ability to enhance saltiness. Compared with the saltiness value of a 4.0 g/L NaCl solution, the Lentinula edodes-derived saltiness enhancing peptide could replace about 50% of NaCl, thus reducing salt without reducing saltiness. Moreover, the Lentinula edodes-derived saltiness enhancing peptide also has a high umami value and can be used in preparation of low-salt foods including low-salt and flavor-enhancing foods.
