The method includes: taking, in response to a preview trigger operation for a target effect style, a position of a pointer on a video track as a start point, to generate a virtual video frame for the target effect style; synchronously playing the virtual video frame and at least one video clip corresponding to the virtual video frame on the video track based on a timeline, to preview an effect of the target effect style applied to the at least one video clip.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a subtitle generation method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium, and the method includes: in response to a subtitle generation triggering operation directed against at least one audio track in a target audio-video file, performing speech recognition on audio data on each audio track respectively to obtain text fragments corresponding to each audio track; and generating subtitles of the target audio-video file based on the text fragments corresponding to each audio track. Compared with a method of performing overall speech recognition on audio data on all audio tracks, in the present disclosure, independent speech recognition is performed on the audio data on each audio track, and thus, the influences of the audio tracks on each other are avoided, so that more accurate speech recognition results can be obtained, thereby improving the accuracy of subtitles generated based on the speech recognition results.

The method includes: after determining a target effect style and determining a target video clip based on presentation of a video to be processed on a timeline, establishing a binding relationship between the target effect style and the target video clip in response to an effect application trigger operation, so as to achieve an effect of applying the target effect style to the target video clip. Abstract: An allulose 3-epimerase mutant, a genetically engineered bacterium expressing the mutant, and an immobilized allulose 3-epimerase enzyme and an immobilization method thereof are described. A high-throughput screening method is used to obtain an allulose 3-epimerase mutant efficiently expressed in a fermentation process, which can catalyze efficient conversion of fructose to D-allulose, providing an efficient production path for key enzymes required in a D-allulose production process. Additionally, the allulose 3-epimerase is bonded to an immobilizing resin to prepare an immobilized allulose 3-epimerase enzyme. The immobilized enzyme can be applied to batch or continuous reactions to catalyze efficient conversion of fructose to D-allulose.
