  • Patent number: 11936877
Abstract: A video decoder can be configured to determine that a current block in a current picture of the video data is coded in an affine prediction mode; determine one or more control-point motion vectors (CPMVs) for the current block; identify an initial prediction block for the current block in a reference picture using the one or more CPMVs; determine a current template for the current block in the current picture; and determine an initial reference template for the initial prediction block in the reference picture; and perform a motion vector refinement process to determine a modified prediction block based on a comparison of the current template to the initial reference template.

  • Publication number: 20240089492
Abstract: An example device includes memory configured to store the video data and one or more processors implemented in circuitry and communicatively coupled to the memory. The one or more processors are configured to determine at least one of a temporal candidate or a history-based candidate and determine at least one non-adjacent candidate, wherein the at least one non-adjacent candidate is from a unit that is not adjacent to a current prediction unit (PU). The one or more processors are configured to determine an advanced motion vector predictor (AMVP) candidate list including the at least one of the temporal candidate or the history-based candidate and the at least one non-adjacent candidate. The at least one non-adjacent candidate is added to the AMVP candidate list after the temporal candidate or before the history-based candidate. The one or more processors are configured to code the current PU based on the AMVP candidate list.

  • Patent number: 10759202
Abstract: A ribbon rewinding mechanism for providing stable ribbon tension in a printer includes a base body, a supply shaft assembly, a take-up shaft assembly and a transmission system. Each of the supply shaft assembly and the take-up shaft assembly has an axis rod, an outer cover and an elastic member. The outer cover and the axis rod drive each other through the elastic member. The outer covers of the supply shaft assembly and the take-up shaft assembly are connectable to the two ends of a ribbon, respectively. The axis rods of the supply shaft assembly and the take-up shaft assembly are connected to the base body and the transmission system through unidirectional transmission elements, respectively, so that the ribbon can be stably and continuously rewound for a distance needed.

  • Patent number: 10485716
Abstract: A loading transfer device includes: a carriage adapted for attachment to a lower surface of the rear compartment; a rack to hold the wheelchair or other object; and rotatable linkage means pivotally connecting the rack to the carriage, whereby, as the linkage means is rotated in a substantially continuous forward pivotal motion during a loading cycle, the rack and the wheelchair or other object held thereon are raised from a substantially vertically oriented loading position at the rear of the vehicle in which the rack is adjacent a ground surface rearward of the vehicle to facilitate placement of the wheelchair or other object thereonto, forwardly pivoted through approximately 90°, passing through a point of maximum elevation, and lowered and moving forward simultaneously to a substantially horizontal storage position in which the rack is adjacent and substantially parallel to the carriage in the compartment, the cycle being reversible for unloading; wherein when the rack and the chair or other object are in
