    Abstract: A preparation method of zaleplon is provided and belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical chemistry. The preparation method adopts simple and cheap m-nitrobenzaldehyde and triethylamine as raw materials, and constructs a core structure of zaleplon with high efficiency and high selectivity through a one-pot series reaction without transition metal catalysis, thereby avoiding the formation of isomers, reducing the generation of by-products, increasing the yield of target products and reducing the synthesis cost; and after simple nitro reduction modification, zaleplon is prepared. The method has the advantages of short preparation route, mild reaction conditions and simple operation, so the method is suitable for industrial production.

    Abstract: Overlapped block motion compensation (OBMC) may be performed for a current video block based on motion information associated with the current video block and motion information associated with one or more neighboring blocks of the current video block. Under certain conditions, some or all of these neighboring blocks may be omitted from the OBMC operation of the current block. For instance, a neighboring block may be skipped during the OBMC operation if the current video block and the neighboring block are both uni-directionally or bi-directionally predicted, if the motion vectors associated with the current block and the neighboring block refer to a same reference picture, and if a sum of absolute differences between those motion vectors is smaller than a threshold value. Further, OBMC may be conducted in conjunction with regular motion compensation and may use simplified filters than traditionally allowed.

    Abstract: The invention pertains to an early detection method for network unreliable information using ensemble learning, within the field of early detection technology for unreliable network data. It involves the following steps: (1) converting input text sequences into word vector sequences; (2) inputting these word vectors into three base models—Transformer, Bi-SATT-CAPS, and BiTCN—for classifying unreliable information; (3) training and predicting with these models to generate new training and test data sets; (4) weighting and merging these new data sets to create a new training set for the meta-learner SVM; (5) training the new set with the meta-learner SVM to obtain the final classification result. This method retains the text's grammatical and structural features, using only blog posts and early comments to accurately detect unreliable information. By employing an improved weight fusion strategy, the method leverages the strengths of the three base models to enhance early detection effectiveness.

    Abstract: Translational rapid ultraviolet-excited sectioning tomography (TRUST) applies ultraviolet (UV) excitation to a sample and images fluorescence and autofluorescence emission for tomographically imaging the sample. Deep-learning neural networks are used to achieve higher imaging speed and imaging resolution. In one use, fluorescence images acquired with relatively low imaging resolution can be transformed into high-resolution images through the first conditional generative adversarial network (cGAN), a super-resolution neural network (e.g., ESRGAN), which is also helpful for reducing the image scanning time.
