The drilling control system adjusts a drilling direction a water supply pressure of the drill rod, the high-pressure water power system supplies high-pressure water with different pressures to the device, and the water pressure grading control system ensures that a water pressure for flushing drill cuttings is less than 5 MPa, a water pressure for slitting in a direction perpendicular to a length of the drill rod is 25-35 MPa, a water pressure for sealing with a borehole sealing capsule is 35-40 MPa, and a water pressure for further pressure relief and permeability increasing of a coal seam is 40-50 MPa. The fracturing and sealing control system controls borehole sealing and hydrofracturing operations.

    Abstract: An encoding and error correction system and method employs an adaptive multi-rate (AMR) codec by stripping header data from a plurality of legacy system frames having header and traffic channel (TCH) data blocks. Speech data is then encoded using the AMR to create bits for a data block substantially the same as contained in the plurality of frames. The stripped header data is encoded as a long frame header using a fixed convolution coder. The speech data is then convolutionally encoded and the long frame header and encoded speech data are combined as a long frame. The long frame is then deconstructed into a plurality of equal segments and the segments are transmitted as TCH data in the legacy system frame format.

    Abstract: A system and method of recovering symbol timing from a high symbol rate TDD or TDMA broadband transmission. A correlator operating at a fraction of the symbol rate receives in-phase and quadrature data signals from a broadband demodulator and processes those signals using a predefined match filter for a pilot signal to detect the pilot signal. The correlator measures any timing error in the symbol timing and adjusts a pointer in a memory buffer to replay the pilot signal to the correlator. Again, any timing error is determined and the pointer in the memory buffer is adjusted for a final replay of the pilot signal as well as the data to the correlator. At this point the timing error in the symbol timing is reduced to a minimum. With symbol timing established, coefficients in an equalizer are adjusted so that the remaining data transmission is properly received.

    Abstract: A Frequency Mapping Coding (FMC) scheme varies the application of error correction redundancy to transmitted data based on the channel transmission characteristics and the likelihood of error resulting from characteristics of the data stream being transmitted over the channel. The FMC is an error correction coding scheme making use of the non-linear feed-back mechanism and variable bit input step size to control redundancy applied. The FMC scheme accommodates the non-symmetrical nature of the SNR in bandwidth limited communications environments such as DSL to allow application of IQ based modulation, such as QAM, to these channels and is flexible for varying channel characteristics.
