The virtual reality goggles of the present invention, by controlling the optical lens to project the picture of the whole display screen only to one eye at a time, enables a single eye to see the picture of the whole display screen. And compared to the conventional goggles through which a single eye can only see half of the picture of the display screen, the picture resolution of the goggles of the present invention is doubled.
