Abstract: Provided is a D-amino acid oxidative enzyme mutant. The sequence of the mutant comprises a sequence by mutating the 54th amino acid residue N, the 58th amino acid residue F, the 211th amino acid residue C, and the 213th amino acid residue M of the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:1 or the sequence having at least 76% identity with SEQ ID NO:1. The D-amino acid oxidative enzyme mutant has a higher enzyme activity, enzyme activity stability and/or ammonium resistance than a mild D-amino acid oxidative enzyme mutant. Also provided is an application of the D-amino acid oxidative enzyme mutant in preparing 2-oxo-4-(hydroxymethylphosphinyl)butyric acid.

Abstract: A method and system are provided in which a wireless controller, such as a smart remote controller or smartphone, for example, may interact with a media device through an adaptive, two-way feedback control scheme. The wireless controller may receive signals from a media player that comprise control information associated with an application on the media player. The wireless controller may then display a control page or user interface on a touch screen. A layout of the control page may be configured based on the control information received by the wireless controller. Once displayed, the control page may enable a user to provide one or more instructions to the wireless controller through the touch screen. The wireless controller may communicate to the media player the instructions provided to the wireless controller. Those instructions are communicated to the media player to control the operation of the application on the media player.

Abstract: A method and system for providing adaptive trick play control of streaming digital video is disclosed. The method includes receiving a request to change a rate of transmission of data packets from a first rate of transmission to a requested second rate of transmission. The data packets are transmitted at a third rate of transmission. Next, a feedback is received pertaining to the third rate of transmission in the transmitting step. Subsequently, the third rate of transmission is adjusted to approximately equal the requested second rate of transmission in response to the feedback.
