Accordingly, the particles may be targeted to specific locations using the application of a suitable stimulus. For instance, in one embodiment, particles containing cell-penetrating peptides attached via a first attachment and a second attachment containing a photocleavable entity may be administered to a subject, and light may be applied, e.g., to the eye, to cleave the photocleavable entity. However, despite the cleavage, the peptides remain associated with the particle via the first attachment, and thus, the particles may be able to penetrate cells within the eye due to peptides.

The light blocking unit includes two shutter blades both connecting to the coil assembly. When energized, the coil assembly will produce a magnetic field having a direction same as or opposite to the direction of the magnetic field in the guide track assembly so that the coil assembly moves forward or backward along the guide track assembly to drive the two shutter blades to open or close. A method controls the shutter device. An exposure dose control method is used with a photolithography machine including the shutter device.

A width of the Gaussian beam based function and a spacing between centers of adjacent Gaussian beams of the seismic wave field of the earth surface are set as a preset width and spacing, respectively. A decomposition model is established according to the set seismic wave field. An optimization solution algorithm is applied, based on seismic data and a medium velocity model, to the decomposition model to obtain multiple waveform functions. Gaussian beams corresponding to the multiple waveform functions are propagated, based on the medium velocity model. Migration imaging is performed to obtain migration imaging results.
