The measurement gap includes at least one of a per-UE measurement gap for the UE, a per-CG measurement gap for each cell group corresponding to the UE, or a per-CC measurement gap for a component carrier corresponding to the UE.

Abstract: Systems and methods for managing flow batteries utilize a battery management controller (BMC) coupled between a flow battery and a DC/DC converter, which is coupled to an electrical grid or a photovoltaic device via an inverter. The inverter converts an AC voltage to a first DC voltage and the DC/DC converter steps down the first DC voltage to a second DC voltage. The BMC includes a first power route, a second power route, and a current source converter coupled to the second power route. The BMC initializes the flow battery with a third DC voltage using the current source converter until a sensing circuit senses that the voltage of the flow battery has reached a predetermined voltage. The sensing circuit may include a capacitor, which has a small capacitance and is coupled across each cell of the flow battery, coupled in series between two resistors having very large resistances.

Abstract: A method and device for generating synthetic vortex sound field (SVSF) with more mode number includes the following steps: (1) a transducer array composed of N transducer units is constructed, and each transducer unit emits a sound field to generate an initial sound field; (2) at the same time, the position of the transducer unit and the phase of the sound field emitted by each transducer unit are changed, and each change produces a sound field, and thus changings times produces of sound fields, wherein the way to change the position of the transducer unit is to rotate the transducer array as a whole; (3) the initial sound field is superimposed with s of sound fields generated in step (2), to obtain SVSF with more mode number. The method and device for generating vortex sound field (VSF) can be used for underwater communication or acoustic imaging.

The diffractive optical element is positioned to receive and redirect the first light and receive and redirect the second light. Abstract: A method is provided for hyperspectral inversion of a phosphorus content of rubber tree leaves. The method includes: acquiring hyperspectral data of to-be-detected rubber tree leaves; extracting key wavelengths of the rubber tree leaves according to the hyperspectral data and a pre-established wavelength extraction model, where the key wavelengths are related to the phosphorus content of the rubber tree leaves, and the pre-established wavelength extraction model is obtained by learning and training hyperspectral sample data and sample phosphorus content data pairs in a pre-established sample database by adopting a competitive adaptive reweighted sampling (CARS) algorithm and a successive projection algorithm (SPA); and inputting the key wavelengths into a pre-established phosphorus content prediction model to calculate the phosphorus content of the to-be-detected rubber tree leaves.

The control circuit may receive the lane change command using the input device, calculate a minimum operation speed for lane change control, and determine whether to accelerate the vehicle based on a distance between a preceding vehicle which is traveling on the same lane as the vehicle and the vehicle, when a driving speed of the vehicle is lower than the minimum operation speed when receiving the lane change command.

Abstract: A high-precision control system and method for shipborne cryogenic flash freezing of an aquatic product using liquid nitrogen is described. The system may include a main control system, a display unit, a liquid nitrogen supply system, a valve control unit, an acquisition unit, and a power unit. A flash freezing process is divided into four stages: a precooling stage, a flash freezing stage, a deep freezing stage, and a thermal insulation stage. Different cooling rates and flash freezing times are used for different stages, where a cooling rate is used in the flash freezing stage is the highest, a cooling rate used in the deep freezing stage is next, a cooling rate used in the precooling stage is the lowest, and an ambient temperature in a device is kept stable in the thermal insulation stage.

Abstract: The present application describes a detect, alert and recovery system for various cloud-based and/or network-based services. The detect, alert and recovery system receives network performance data associated with a particular namespace from various network information sources. The network performance data may be aggregated based on various scopes. The aggregated data is then analyzed to determine whether an anomaly exists. If an anomaly exists, the detect, alert and recovery system may cause the performance of various actions in order to address the anomaly.

Abstract: A fuel system, a method of fueling a vehicle, and a vehicle are provided. The fuel system has a recirculation line connecting a fuel tank to a fuel fill inlet. An ejector is positioned within the recirculation line, and a valve is positioned within a drain line fluidly connecting the ejector to the fuel tank. A pressure sensor is positioned to measure a pressure associated with the drain line between the ejector and the valve. A controller is in communication with the pressure sensor, and the controller configured to, in response to initiation of a refueling event, determine a state of the valve based on the pressure.
