    Abstract: Provided are a silicon carbide crystal growth device and a quality control method. The device includes: an annealing unit, a crystal growth unit, an atmosphere control unit, and a transport system; the atmosphere control unit provides a gas environment with low water, oxygen and nitrogen; the transport system transports a plurality of target objects after high-temperature purification by the annealing unit to the atmosphere control unit; after assembling silicon carbide seed crystal and silicon carbide powder in a graphite crucible and covering with thermal insulation material to form a container inside the atmosphere control unit, the transport system transports the container to the crystal growth unit. The method uses a weighing system in a chamber of the crystal growth unit to detect a weight change of silicon carbide seed crystal and silicon carbide powder during a crystal growth process through a plurality of weight sensors of the weighing system.

    Abstract: An injection regulation and control device includes blast furnace tuyeres for introducing rich oxygen or pure oxygen to form tuyere raceways. Temperature-adjusting injection openings are evenly formed in the circumferential direction of a blast furnace and inject a hydrocarbon component-containing injection object to the blast furnace. The temperature-adjusting injection openings are located, in an axial direction, within a height range where a soft melting dripping zone is located and are not lower than the positions of the blast furnace tuyeres. The hydrocarbon component-containing injection objects are enabled to undergo a thermal cracking reaction by utilizing the temperature in the vicinity of the tuyere raceways to form a hydrocarbon thermal cracking heat absorption area. Gas products generated by the thermal cracking reaction of the hydrocarbon component-containing injection objects increase the blast furnace gas volume.

    Abstract: A substrate processing apparatus includes a chamber, a substrate support positioned inside the chamber and supporting a substrate, an edge frame disposed above the substrate support and extending outward from an edge of the substrate support, and a gas flow-controlling unit installed on a side wall of the chamber to be positioned between the side wall of the chamber and a side surface of the substrate support along a periphery of the substrate support. The gas flow-controlling unit includes a flow path provided in a region overlapping the edge frame. Thus, the gas may be prevented from flowing unevenly to the corners or regions other than the corners within the chamber. That is, the gas may be evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the chamber. Accordingly, the cleaning defect may be prevented from occurring at the corners of the chamber and in regions other than the corners.

    Abstract: A preparation method of an indium phosphide quantum dot (InP QD) with a large Stokes shift includes: fully dissolving the indium precursor at a first temperature under isolation from oxygen and water, adding a phosphorus precursor, and heating to a second temperature to allow a reaction to obtain an indium phosphide (InP) core; adding a shell precursor to the InP core, and heating to a third temperature to obtain QD with a core-shell structure; and adding anionic and cationic precursors successively to the QD with the core-shell structure at the third temperature to obtain the InP QD with an emission peak adjustable in a range of 465 nm to 650 nm, a high quantum efficiency, and a large Stokes shift. The InP QD mainly has a large Stokes shift to inhibit self-absorption and non-radiative resonance energy transfer.

Therefore, the present disclosure can effectively solve the problem that a silage raw material has a high content of anti-nutritional factors such as tannins and saponins, and overcome the adaptability problem of a lactobacillus to a raw material, thereby improving an activity of the lactobacillus and a quality of silage fermentation.

    Abstract: A method, apparatus, and/or system for soft defects modeling of measurements using time-domain reflectometry. Electro-Optic Sampling based Time-Domain Reflectometry (EOS-TDR) may quickly detect soft defects in a chip under test. For example, EOS-TDR may detect soft defects in each pin from a trace-structure point at a relatively high resolution. To interpret the results in a time sensitive manner, a reference model for chips may be established from chips that are known to have met the expected quality standards. Through automated analysis of the features of the device under test waveform, soft defects of a chip may be detected that would be otherwise undetectable under time constraints, temperature variations, applied current variations, applied voltage variations, vibration variations, moisture variations, or any other kind of possible variation.
