    Abstract: Disclosed is a soil conditioner, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of distiller's grains; 1-10 parts of cow dung; 1-10 parts of vermicompost; 1-10 parts of oil cake; 10-20 parts of dregs of decoction; 20-40 parts of fallow soil; and 20-40 parts of river sand. Also disclosed is a method for preparing a soil conditioner, comprising: first, separately fermenting distiller's grains, cow dung, vermicompost, oil cake, and dregs of decoction, and then mixing them with river sand and fallow soil for secondary solid fermentation to obtain the soil conditioner. The present invention has a remarkable restoration effect on obstructive soil, the microbial diversity index of the restored soil is increased, the microbial ecological structure of the soil is improved, and the quality of crops is enhanced.

    Abstract: An application of an ABCC3-013 mRNA splicing variant for manufacturing a testing kit for clopidogrel resistance is provided. Part of the nucleotide sequences of the ABCC3-013 mRNA is described as SEQ ID No. 2. The test kit can measure an in vivo (such as peripheral leukocytes) expression levels of the ABCC3-013 mRNA of a patient to determine clopidogrel resistance, thereby providing a new method for diagnostics of clopidogrel resistance, which would help guide personalized therapy of clopidogrel in patient care. An all new test kit is provided for assay of clopidogrel resistance, characterized by an AUC of 0.674 (P=0.0018), a sensitivity of 52%, and a specificity of 86% for its performance in clinical settings, all of which are significantly improved compared with CYP2C19 genotyping that is recommended by US FDA and CPIC for the same purpose.

    Abstract: A hybrid single or multi-wavelength laser using an optical gain element, such as a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA), for example a QD RSOA, and a semiconductor, e.g. silicon, photonics chip is demonstrated. A plurality, e.g. four, lasing modes at a predetermined, e.g. 2 nm, spacing and less than 3 dB power non-uniformity may be observed, with over 20 mW of total output power. Each lasing peak can be successfully modulated at 10 Gb/s. At 10?9 BER, the receiver power penalty is less than 2.6 dB compared to a conventional commercial laser. An expected application is the provision of a comb laser source for WDM transmission in optical interconnection systems.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an activated carbon-based all-carbon membrane (ACM), which is formed by using activated carbon as a base material and graphene as a crosslinking agent for connection, and can stably exist independent of a substrate.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, wireless devices may implement adjusted fractally enhanced kernel polar coding. An encoder may receive a number of information bits and a block size for transmission, and may append an additional number of information bits to the information bits for transmission. The encoder may perform a recursive bit allocation process to allocate the aggregate set of information bits between a set of sub-blocks based on mutual information metrics. To obtain the correct number of information bits and block size, the encoder may remove a number of information bits equal to the number of appended additional bits (e.g., from a first half of the sub-blocks), assign the remaining information bits to bit channels in each sub-block, and block puncture a set of bits (e.g., from the first half). The resulting codeword may mitigate occurrences of achievable signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) spikes.

    Abstract: New radio (NR), also known as fifth generation (5G) radio or fifth generation long term evolution (5G LTE)) uses a measurement gap that allows for measurement on different beams, multiple frame structure and inter-radio access technology measurement. For example, in measurement on the different beams, the UE (114) and eNB (304) beam sweep (i.e., change analog beam transmitter). The UE (114) can measure different beams from a fifth generation node B (gNB) and/or other RAN nodes. The measurement gap can be used for intrafrequency/interfrequency measurement when beam specific reference signals (BRSs) are not transmitted in the same subframe. A multiple frame structure can use the specific measurement configuration to utilize the beam resources efficiently. LTE and NR and other interRAT measurement can also use the measurement gap.
