    Abstract: A method for uplink transmission in a wireless communication system. A user equipment (UE) determines whether to transmit or drop a sounding reference signal (SRS) on a last symbol in a ith subframe. The SRS is dropped if multiple timing advance groups (TAGs) are configured, if a portion of the last symbol of the ith subframe for transmitting the SRS toward a first serving cell in a first TAG is overlapped with an (i+1)th subframe for transmitting an uplink channel toward a second serving cell in a second TAG and if a total power of the SRS and the uplink channel exceeds a maximum value on the overlapped portion of the last symbol.

The system may use a camera mounted to a vehicle as a cost effective approach to obtain real-life driving scenario data. The system may then analyze the two-dimensional image data to create a three-dimensional driving simulation. The analysis may include detecting objects (e.g. vehicles, pedestrians, etc.) within the two-dimensional image data and determining movements of the object based on a position, trajectory, and velocity of the object. The determined information of the object may then be projected onto a map that may be used for generating the three-dimensional driving simulation. The use of cost-effective cameras provides the ability to obtain vast amounts of driving image data that may be used to provide an extensive coverage of the potential types of driving scenarios an autonomous vehicle may encounter.

The high-k dielectric region includes a phase change material which is an alloy of tantalum and nitrogen and is a high-k insulator in a deposited state. The pattern includes a first set of features in the low-k dielectric region and a second set of features in the high-k dielectric region. A surface treatment process is performed on the phase change layer to produce a top surface layer having electrically conductive properties. A metal layer is deposited in the first and second set of features. Thus, a set of conductive lines is formed in the low-k dielectric region and a metal insulator metal capacitor in the high-k dielectric region.

Also, due to its slow-growth rate, it typically takes up to six years to produce a saleable one-gallon size plant. Germinating seeds in the presence of cytokinins and/or auxins increased in vitro shoot multiplication and seedling quality enhancement. Benzyladenine was found to balance seedling development by simultaneously accelerating shoot growth and slowing down root growth, whereas thidiazuron significantly promoted shoot multiplication and proliferation by producing 5-30 shoots per seed.
