Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor structure include: providing a die including a die pad disposed over the die; disposing a conductive member over the die pad of the die; forming a molding surrounding the die and the conductive member; disposing a dielectric layer over the molding, the die and the conductive member; and forming an interconnect structure including a land portion and a plurality of via portions. The land portion is disposed over the dielectric layer, the plurality of via portions are disposed over the conductive member and protruded from the land portion to the conductive member through the dielectric layer, and each of the plurality of via portions at least partially contacts with the conductive member.

Abstract: A food processing device, comprising a bowl with a lid, the lid is provided with a food feed tube. The device also has a spiral cutting means provided at the top of the bowl such that as food enters the bowl via the food feed tube it is cut into continuous ribbons or strips. The spiral cutting means comprises a spiral cutter disc base having a disc-set with a plurality of different types of spiral cutting discs, each of which can be separately aligned with the food feed tube to cut the food into a different shaped continuous ribbon or strip. By rotating the spiral cutter disc base the user can line up a first cutting disc with the food feed tube, make some food cuts, then turn the spiral cutter disc base so that a second cutter disk is lined up with the feed tube and then make a different food cut. In this way the user can cut food into different sizes of ribbon, spaghetti, etc. to achieve a superior presentation of food (e.g. fruits and vegetables).

Abstract: A two-dimensional navigation module of a cursor controller includes a top plate, a first rod, a sliding roller sleeved at the first rod, and a first OTS sensor. The top plate has an elongated groove recessed thereon. The first rod is arranged in the groove. Two opposite ends of the first rod are fastened to the top plate. The sliding roller is movable along the first rod between a first position and a second position, and the sliding roller is spinable along the first rod in a range of 0˜360 degrees. When the sliding roller is moved, a center segment of the first rod keeps touching the sliding roller. The first OTS sensor is arranged under the center segment of the first rod for detecting at least one of a moving distance and a spinning angle of the sliding roller.

A lower surface and a side surface of the coil pattern form an acute angle, in a longitudinal cross section of the coil pattern. In particular, a side surface of the coil pattern includes a foot part located in a lower portion of the side surface and an upper part located above the foot part in the side surface, and an angle between the lower surface and the upper part of the side surface of the coil pattern is larger than the acute angle between the lower surface and the foot part of the side surface of the coil pattern. A method of manufacturing the coil component is also provided.

The anti-leaking element is sandwiched between the outer body and the inner body to partition the space therebetween into two channels for cold and hot water to flow into the inner body.

Abstract: A circuit applied to a television is provided. The television includes a memory and a display panel. The circuit includes an image processing circuit, a control circuit, an image capturing circuit and an output circuit. The image processing circuit processes image data to generate processed image data. The control circuit generates a control signal according to a switch signal. According to the control signal, the image capturing circuit captures the processed image data as predetermined image data and stores the predetermined image data to the memory. The output circuit transmits the predetermined image data to the display panel according to the control signal.

Abstract: Semiconductor packages and methods for forming a semiconductor package are disclosed. The method includes providing a package substrate having first and second major surfaces.
