    Abstract: A fixation apparatus includes a base, a wire fixing device mounted on the base, and a pressing device mounted on the base. The wire fixing device positions and fixes a wire on a circuit board and includes a fixing frame mounted on the base and a moving unit received in a receiving chamber of the fixing frame. The fixing frame has a first positioning groove. The moving unit is movable between a clamping position and a release position and has a second positioning groove coupled with the first positioning groove. The wire is inserted into a wire insertion hole in the circuit board between the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove when the mobile unit is moved to the release position. The wire is clamped and fixed between the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove when the moving unit is moved to the clamping position.

    Abstract: Pneumonia due to the fungus Pneumocystis jirovecii is a life-threatening infection that occurs in immunocompromised patients. The inability to culture the organism as well as the lack of a sequenced genome has hindered antigen discovery that could be useful in developing effective vaccines, therapeutic antibodies and diagnostic methods. A method of surface proteomics of Pneumocystis murina that reliably detects surface proteins that are conserved in Pneumocystis jirovecii is described. In particular, eight identified P. murina surface proteins are described. Methods of eliciting immune responses against the identified proteins, generating therapeutic antibodies against the identified proteins, as well as diagnostic methods based on the identified peptides are described.

A slot formed between the rotating member and the inner wall of the body is smaller than the diameter of the traction wire.     Abstract: Provided are a pan-tilt video camera and a linkage camera having the pan-tilt video camera. The pan-tilt video camera includes a video camera, a pan and tilt head, a pan-tilt holder and a reflector arranged on the pan-tilt holder.
