Abstract: A modular gas-insulated gas-cooled high-voltage converter station, a method of operating, and an electric power switching module are provided. The converter station includes at least one gas-insulated enclosure having a circuit configured to convert electrical power. A fill gas is provided in fluid communication with the gas-insulated enclosure and in thermal communication with the circuit, the fill gas having a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of less than 5000.

Abstract: A locking mechanism includes a housing, a cam disposed within the housing, and pawls disposed within the housing. The housing includes a first plate defining channels and a second plate received by the first plate. Each of the pawls is positioned within a respective channel. Each of the pawls has a first side profile defining a first notch and a second side profile defining a second notch. The cam is configured to engage with the pawls to translate the pawls along the channels such that the pawls engage with the second plate. The first notch and the second notch are configured to facilitate deformation of the first side profile and the second profile, respectively, as at least one of the first side profile or the second side profile engages with a sidewall of a respective channel under certain loading conditions to prevent disengagement of the pawls from the second plate.

Abstract: Integrated circuit (IC) devices having gate-all-around (GAA) transistors. An IC device may include adjacent GAA transistors with gate electrodes having different gate dielectric stacks separated by a dielectric wall. The gate dielectric stacks may include inner gate dielectric layers on nanoribbon channels and outer gate dielectric layers on the inner gate dielectric layers. The inner gate dielectric layers of the adjacent transistors may have different thicknesses or material compositions. The outer gate dielectric layers of the adjacent transistors may have different thicknesses or material compositions. The dielectric wall between gate electrodes and gate dielectric stacks may enable independent processing of the transistors gates by dividing the nanoribbon channels into separate gate tubs.

Abstract: The invention provides an open gear lubricant composition containing a blend of ethylene-propylene copolymers and a metallic soap thickener. The blend of ethylene-propylene copolymers includes a first ethylene-propylene copolymer having a kinematic viscosity at 100° C. of 80 centistokes to 220 centistokes and a second ethylene-propylene copolymer having a kinematic viscosity at 100° C. 500 centistokes to 3000 centistokes. The invention further relates to a method of lubricating a mechanical device with the open gear lubricant composition.

Abstract: An image processing method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: after image data of a target image is received, performing processing on the image data based on a network parameter to obtain enhanced image feature data of the target image; and performing processing on the target image based on the enhanced image feature data. The target image is a low-quality image, and the network parameter is used to indicate a correspondence between feature data of a low-quality image and feature data of a clear image. According to the application, a processing effect of a low-quality image is approved.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for improved schema matching of two databases is disclosed. The method can receive a schema of a source table from a first database and a schema of a plurality of target tables from a second database, identify one or more matching tables among the plurality of target tables based on comparison of the schema of the source table and the schema of the plurality of target tables using a large language model, obtain first sample attribute data from the source table and second sample attribute data from a selected matching table, and identify one or more pairs of matching attributes between the source table and the selected matching table based on comparison of the first sample attribute data and the second sample attribute data using the large language model. Related systems and software for implementing the method are also disclosed.

The differential comprises an outer shell and an inner shell, the inner shell is provided inside the outer shell, and the outer shell is configured to be transmission connected with an upper stage transmission structure of the differential. The split clutch is sleeved on the outer shell and configured to engage or disengage the outer shell and the inner shell. The differential lock clutch is sleeved on the outer shell and configured to lock or unlock the differential. The differential lock clutch is capable of locking the differential only when the differential is in an engaged state with the upper stage transmission structure. In the present disclosure, the split clutch is used to complete the engagement or disengagement of the outer shell of the differential with the upper stage transmission structure.

The active ingredients of the compositions comprise a compound ZJS178 of formula (I) and a triazole fungicide, or a compound ZJS178 and a succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor fungicide, or a compound ZJS178 and a pyrrole fungicide, or a compound ZJS178 and an imidazole fungicide, or a compound ZJS178 and a strobilurin fungicide. The compositions of the present invention have a compounded synergistic effect and no cross-resistance, can significantly improve the fungicidal activity and efficacy, are beneficial for overcoming and delaying the resistance of pathogens, have good crop safety, and meet the requirements of pesticide quantity reduction and efficacy increase.

Abstract: The present invention provides an indicator rapidly responding to a subtle pH change, comprising of an acid-base indicator, a stable protein having an isoelectric point of 3.0-10.0 and a molecular weight of 10 kDa-200 kDa, and a buffer solution. The color change interval of the indicator of the present invention can be controlled within a pH range of 0.1-0.2, the color change is obvious, and a solid matrix containing the indicator can be used for rapid detection of pH in different human metabolites.

Abstract: Systems, methods and computer software are disclosed for simultaneous Long Term Evolution (LTE) and New Radio (NR) Physical Resource Block (PRB) scheduling in a network. In one embodiment a method includes transmitting a NR synchronization signal via Multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network (MBSFN); wherein the NR uses standard LTE subframes with Cell Reference Signal (CRS) rate-matching and additional Demodulation Reference Signal (DMRS) position; dynamically sharing a sub-frame between LTE and 5G NR; and scheduling simultaneous LIE and NR PRB within 1 ms granularity, implemented within a Virtual Baseband Unit (VBBU) facilitated via a Heterogeneous Network (HetNet) Gateway (HNG).
