    Abstract: Embodiments provided herein generally include apparatus and methods, controlled by flexible tuning algorithms, for generating a plasma in a plasma processing chamber. Flexible communications between equipment of the plasma processing system allows sharing of process information and equipment settings for evaluation and refinement of the tuning algorithms used. This enhances the productivity of batch processing of a plurality of semiconductor wafers during the manufacturing process since the tuning algorithms can be modified on the fly during processing thereof.     Abstract: A dual-mode combined control method for a multi-inverter system based on a double split transformer is provided. For an extremely-weak grid, the method provides the dual-mode combined control method for a multi-inverter system based on a double split transformer. According to the method, the equivalent grid impedance at a point of common coupling (PCC) of one grid-connected inverter (GCI) in the multi-inverter system based on the double split transformer is obtained with a grid impedance identification algorithm, and the system sequentially operates in a full current source mode, a hybrid mode, and a full voltage source mode according to a gradually increasing equivalent grid impedance, thereby effectively improving the stability of the multi-inverter system based on the double split transformer during variation of the strength of the grid. The method ensures that the system can still operate stably in the extremely-weak grid.

The preparation method is safe, efficient and clean, and enables synthesis of the resveratrol nervonic acid ester with high conversion rate, high purity and high yield.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to processing systems and more specifically to integrated circuit (IC) packages designed to reduce the effects of electrostatic discharge and/or electromagnetic interference during integrated circuit manufacture and/or use. The IC assembly may include a wafer positioned between a cooling system and thermal dissipation structure. The cooling system and thermal dissipation structure include electrically conductive material at a ground potential such that the thermal systems act as electrical ground. The wafer may be electrically connected to the cooling system and thermal dissipation structure to reduce static charge accumulation during the assembly process. The cooling system and thermal dissipation structure may further provide radio frequency (RF) shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference during use of the IC assembly.

The locking protruding stand of the locking member can retract into the housing, and the locking member limits the button mechanism to perform the closing operation.

    Abstract: A flexible electroluminescent fiber for embroidery sequentially includes: metal core wires, a light-emitting layer, a transparent conductive layer, a filament, and a protective paint, wherein a quantity of the metal core wires is an even number, and the metal core wires are pasted together before being wrapped by the light-emitting layer; the light-emitting layer is coated with the transparent conductive layer; the protective paint and the filament are exterior to the transparent conductive layer; the metal core wires emit light through energizing; a diameter of the electroluminescent fiber is 0.1-0.3 mm, and a 20-36V safe voltage is applied for emitting light. The flexible electroluminescent fiber of the present invention has sufficient tensile force, and smooth and soft surface. Appearance and hand feeling of the present invention are the same as those of clothing textile fibers.

    Abstract: A stability control method for a virtual synchronous generator (VSG) in a strong grid based on an inductance-current differential feedback is provided. A grid-connected topological structure of a VSG using the control method includes a direct-current (DC)-side voltage source, a three-phase inverter, a three-phase grid impedance and a three-phase grid. By controlling the VSG and controlling the inductance-current differential feedback, the method suppresses the oscillation of the output power from the VSG in the strong grid and implements the stable operation of an inner-loop-free VSG in the strong grid, without adding the physical inductance, increasing the cost of the filter and additionally providing a grid-side current sensor.
