  • Patent number: 11744765
Abstract: A standing training mobile device for carrying a patient to perform active-assisted upright locomotion is provided. The standing training mobile device includes a base, a mobile module, a lifting module, a control module, and a support module. The mobile module and the lifting module are disposed on the base. The control module is disposed on the lifting module and is coupled to the mobile module. The control module includes a manipulation platform and two control assemblies disposed on the manipulation platform for use of the patient. The support module includes a support frame, a first support assembly, a second support assembly, and a third support assembly. The first support assembly, the second support assembly, and the third support assembly are slidably disposed on the support frame respectively. The second support assembly is disposed between the first support assembly and the third support assembly.

  • Publication number: 20110168478
Abstract: The present invention provides an interface apparatus for manipulating a wheelchair which is capable of controlling the translation/rotation of the wheelchair by means of a pair of sliding mechanisms. In addition, there is at least one physiological sensor being disposed on each sliding mechanism for detecting physiological status of a user sitting on the wheelchair so as to monitor the bio-status of the user via a closed bio-potential circuit. The pair of sliding mechanisms are disposed respectively on their corresponding arm rest of the wheelchair so that the user can manipulating the wheelchair by two hands grasping the corresponding sliding mechanism while the physiological sensor can detect the physiological status of the user. With the aforesaid apparatus and wheelchair, it not only can provide a directly operating way with human-factor concerns but can also monitor the physiological status of the user so as to improve the safety in manipulation.

  • Publication number: 20070142189
Abstract: An apparatus for multi-joint lower limb exercise is disclosed, which comprises: a first supporting part; a second supporting part, rotatably connected to the first supporting part; and a hydraulic device, connected to the first and the second supporting parts respectively by the two ends thereof, for providing a hydraulic pressure to the first and the second supporting parts while the first supporting part is rotated about the second supporting part. As a user is fitted with the aforesaid apparatus to perform a lower limb exercise, such as exercising its knee joint or ankle joint, a comparatively better exercise effect can be achieved as the magnitude of the hydraulic pressure provided by the hydraulic device is adjustable by the use of a throttle valve of the hydraulic device.

  • Publication number: 20070142190
Abstract: An apparatus for multi-joint lower limb exercise disclosed, which comprises: a first supporting part; a second supporting part, rotatably connected to the first supporting part; a driving device, connected to the second supporting part, for providing a driving force to push the second supporting part to rotate about the first supporting part while simultaneously providing a resistance exerting on the second supporting part for damping the rotation of the same. As a user is fitted with the aforesaid apparatus to perform a lower limb exercise, such as exercising its knee joint or ankle joint, a comparatively better exercise effect can be achieved as the driving force of the driving device is able to reinforce the lower limb exercise performed by the user no matter it is actively performed by the user or is passively driven by the driving device.
