  • Patent number: 12651734
Abstract: An uncertainty weighted average of the equalized amounts of two or more quantifier ions is calculated from a quantitation experiment itself. n known i ions of a compound are mass analyzed over time in each of m different samples, producing n XIC peaks for each of the m samples. A reference ion j is selected that is a j ion of the n i ions or a hypothetical ion j. A ratio r(j,i) of a peak area of the j ion to a peak area of each ion of the n i ions is calculated for each of the m samples, producing m r(j,i) ratios for each of the n i ions. An expected ratio rq(j,i) is calculated for each ion of the n i ions from the m r(j,i) ratios for each of the n i ions. For each sample, the uncertainty weighted average is calculated using rq(j,i).

  • Publication number: 20260134102
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for managing versions of security information. A processor set receives a request to add a first version of security information for a number of pods in an orchestration platform. The number of pods comprises pods to be deployed in the orchestration platform. The processor set stores the first version of the security information into a set of security information in a metadata database in the orchestration platform. The set of security information comprises the security information of different versions. The processor set stores a new destination rule for the first version of the security information into a set of destination rules in the metadata database. Destination rules in the set of destination rules defines versions of the security information to be consumed by different pods from the number of pods. The processor set deploys a pod from the number of pods.

  • Publication number: 20260079749
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for handling eviction of subprocess pods of a node. An indication to evict pods of a node in a container environment is received. Upon receiving such an indication, process information pertaining to the evicted pods is retrieved. In scenarios in which some of the evicted pods include subprocess pods, based on such processing information, those subprocess pods with a timeout that is less than a threshold value may be tagged for timeout handling. Such timeout handling involves selecting a number of subprocess pods to ensure that their parent process will successfully complete its assigned job. A schedule plan may then be generated for such selected subprocess pods, where the schedule plan updates the timeout for such subprocess pods to enable them to complete execution of their assigned tasks prior to their expiration time (timeout) even though they were evicted.

Tags are added to ones of the received tasks that use the critical devices. Moreover, ones of the tagged tasks that use a same one of the critical devices are set as related tasks. The method also includes causing the tagged tasks to be added to an active dependency list. An execution plan is generated for the received tasks based at least in part on the order in which the tasks were received and the dependency list. Furthermore, the received tasks are dispatched to the critical devices as outlined in the execution plan.
