    Abstract: The present application discloses a semiconductor device and a method for fabricating the semiconductor device. The semiconductor device includes a substrate; an isolation layer positioned in the substrate and defining an active area of the substrate, wherein the active area includes a transistor portion and a programmable portion extending from the transistor portion; a buried gate structure positioned in the transistor portion; a drain region positioned in the programmable portion and the transistor portion, and adjacent to the gate structure; a source region positioned in the transistor portion, adjacent to the gate structure, and opposite to the drain region with the buried gate structure interposed therebetween; a middle insulating layer positioned on the programmable portion; and an upper conductive layer positioned on the middle insulating layer.     Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure relate to apparatuses and methods for apparatuses and methods for providing continuous communication services for a user equipment (UE) connected to a non-terrestrial network (NTN) and/or one or more satellites providing cellular coverage. The UE may receive a list of neighbor cells from a serving cell, which may be a satellite moving relative to the Earth and having a moving coverage area. After receiving the list of neighbor cells, the UE may sort the list to prioritize the neighbor cells. This sorting may be based on a calculated distance between the UE and each of the neighbor cells. The UE may sequentially perform a synchronization and measurement process with each of the neighbor cells or a subset of the neighbor cells based on the prioritization order. The UE may then establish communications with a target cell from the prioritized list to maintain continuity.

    Abstract: Various embodiments described herein relate to methods, apparatus, and systems for treating metal-containing photoresist to modify material properties of the photoresist. The metal-containing photoresist may be treated in a post-exposure bake process involving at least two thermal operations. At least one of the post-exposure bake operations includes exposing the metal-containing photoresist to a moderately elevated temperature in an oxygen-rich atmosphere. This is followed by a post-exposure bake operation that includes exposing the metal-containing photoresist to a highly elevated temperature in an inert gas atmosphere. The multi-step post-exposure bake operations improves etch electivity in a subsequent dry development process.

The distributed computing allows the vehicle to work in collaboration with roadside units (RSUs) and/or the cloud to effectively complete various computational tasks. The VACS features an OBU with a sensing module, a communication module, and a data processing module that integrates data from vehicle sensors, RSUs, and the cloud. The OBU also includes a vehicle control module that helps control the vehicle based on the data of RSU and cloud. The VACS leverages high performance computation resources to implement end to end driving tasks including sensing, prediction, planning and decision making, and control.

    Abstract: A waste lithium-ion battery processing method is a method of processing a waste lithium-ion battery whose cathode active material contains phosphorus to recover lithium from the waste lithium-ion battery. The method includes: a thermal decomposition step of roasting the waste lithium-ion battery to thermally decompose the waste lithium-ion battery to produce a roasted product that contains the cathode active material; and a recovery step of immersing the produced roasted product in water to elute the lithium from the roasted product into the water, and then recovering the lithium. The thermal decomposition step includes: a roasting step of roasting the waste lithium-ion battery at a predetermined first temperature; and a mixing step of, before the roasting step, mixing a non-lithium alkali metal salt into the cathode active material of the waste lithium-ion battery.
