    Abstract: A MEMS loudspeaker manufacturing method and a MEMS loudspeaker are provided. The MEMS loudspeaker manufacturing method includes positioning a printed circuit board (PCB) substrate, inverting a MEMS chip and electrically connecting the PCB substrate to a first side of the PCB substrate having a first groove. filling and solidifying a polymer protection material in the gap between the MEMS chip and the PCB substrate, and combining the MEMS chip and the PCB substrate into a combination component. Since the PCB substrate and the MEMS chip are combined into the combination component through using the polymer protection component made of the polymer protection material, and the polymer protection component is coated with the conducting component, an overall packaging size of the MEMS loudspeaker basically is enabled to be consistent with a size of the MEMS chip, and sensitivity parameters of the MEMS loudspeaker may be significantly improved.

The method includes: establishing an objective function of optimal scheduling for peak regulation of the cascade hydro-photovoltaic complementary power generation system; establishing a photovoltaic power station output constraint condition considering uncertainty; optimizing a mixed integer linear model by performing linear processing on the constraint condition; and obtaining a scheduling solution by solving the mixed integer linear model. According to the present disclosure, a unit commitment of a hydro-power station and an operational solution of a reservoir are considered, so that photovoltaic output can be consumed by fully using a characteristic that the hydro-power unit is easy to regulate, and a demand for peak regulation of a power grid can be satisfied.

The anodeless battery includes the interlayer between a solid-state electrolyte and a current collector. The method includes mixing the carbonaceous material, a redox active compound, and the binder to form a slurry that is applied to a current collector and heat treated to provide the interlayer including the nanoparticles.

The additive may include a metal compound, nanoparticles, or a combination thereof, the metal compound may be represented by formula MxAy and the nanoparticles may include a metal represented by M of formula MxAy, x and y are integers independently selected from 1 to 6, M may be silver, zinc, indium, tin, bismuth, magnesium, aluminum, or a combination thereof, and A may be nitrate, sulfate, iodide, chloride, fluoride, or a combination thereof. The interlayer may be substantially free of organic amine compounds. A molar ratio of the metal compound to the nanoparticles may be about 100:1 to about 3:1.

    Abstract: A dry gas hydrogenation catalyst and a preparation method therefor are provided. The dry gas hydrogenation catalyst have a carrier component containing aluminium oxide and an active hydrogenation component in the form of a sulfide on the catalyst. An average number of lamella layers of the sulfide is less than 1.5, and the proportion of a single layer is 65%-80%. The catalyst is prepared by (I) taking aluminum oxide powder A and roasting same at high temperature in an oxygen-containing atmosphere to obtain aluminum oxide dry gel powder B; II) impregnating the aluminum oxide dry gel powder B using the active hydrogenation component impregnating solution C, drying, roasting at high temperature in the oxygen-containing atmosphere, and sulfidizing same to obtain powder E; and III) molding, drying, and roasting the powder E prepared in step (II). The catalyst is effective in removing impurities such as oxygen, CO, and CO2.
