    Abstract: An online detection device underwater elements includes an LIBS system in a sealing pressure chamber and an external airflow control system. The airflow control system has a gas probe bin and a gas source. An opening is formed at one end of the gas probe bin while the other end and the sealing pressure chamber are hermetically partitioned through a glass window. A laser in the LIES system outputs laser to an underwater object surface to be detected for generating plasma spectra. A spectrometer collects plasma spectra returned along an original optical path. When the device operates in water, the balance gas storage tank produces gas with the same pressure as underwater. A flow model is invoked according to the current water pressure to accurately control the air flow rate to form a stable gas environment in the gas probe, which improves the plasma excitation and collection efficiency.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for generating a multi-agent adversarial policy based on a heterogeneous relationship and a related apparatus. The method includes: constructing, based on a heterogeneous relationship between agents and a spatial topology structure of each agent, a situation relationship diagram of each agent. A local situation information fusion vector of the agent is determined based on the situation relationship diagram of the agent. Finally, a proper adversarial policy is made, based on the local situation information fusion vector of the agent by utilizing a pre-trained adversarial policy generation model of the agent. On the basis of the spatial topology structure, the heterogeneous relationship between agents is taken into consideration to generate the situation relationship diagram, so that the adversarial strategy generation model can have a better understanding of a situation relationship between agents, and adapt to a gaming situation dynamic change condition between agents.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provided herein include systems and methods for forming low resistivity tungsten features in a semiconductor device manufacturing scheme using growth suppression techniques. The system includes a processing chamber, a gas delivery system, and a system controller configured to expose at least one opening formed in a multi-tier structure of a substrate to a tungsten-containing precursor and a nucleation reducing agent. The tungsten-containing precursor and the nucleation reducing agent are alternated cyclically to form a nucleation layer within the at least one opening of the substrate. The system controller is further configured to expose the at least one opening of the substrate to a nitrogen-containing gas, a tungsten-containing gas, and a gapfill reducing agent gas to produce a non-uniform tungsten nitride passivation layer in the at least one opening.

    Abstract: A high capacity, high bandwidth non-volatile memory device includes a number of vertically stacked semiconductor dies. Each semiconductor die includes one or more non-volatile storage structures. Through silicon vias (TSVs) are arranged in a pattern on each semiconductor die and are used to route signals lines that directly and independently connect one or more non-volatile storage structures on one or more semiconductor dies to a controller die of the high capacity, high bandwidth non-volatile memory device. Because signal lines and TSVs are used to directly connect each non-volatile storage structure directly to the controller die, the bandwidth capabilities of the high capacity, high bandwidth non-volatile memory device is increased when compared with current non-volatile memory devices.

    Abstract: An acceleration sensor, including a base; anchor point; an inner side supporting unit, a middle part of which is fixed to the base through the anchor point, a first seesaw unit elastically connected to an outer side of a first end of the inner side supporting unit; a second seesaw unit elastically connected to an outer side of a second end of the inner side supporting unit; and an out-of-plane displacement detection unit. Each of the first seesaw unit and the second seesaw unit is symmetrically distributed about a symmetry axis of the acceleration sensor.
