    Abstract: A magnetic integrated hybrid distribution transformer includes a main transformer, a series isolation transformer and a converter, wherein: an iron core includes an iron beam unit, an iron yoke unit and a leakage magnetic core unit. The main transformer includes secondary windings, primary windings and control windings all of which are layer-windings and wound around main transformer iron beams. The series isolation transformer includes converter side windings and grid side windings all of which are pancake-windings and wound around isolation transformer iron beams. The converter side windings and the control windings are respectively connected with the converter by the star connection with neutral point. Leakage magnetic cores are respectively inserted between the primary windings and the control windings or between the converter side windings and the grid side windings, so as to achieve magnetic integration design of the transformer and output connection inductor of the converter.

    Abstract: A thermal sensor package for earbuds includes two thermopile sensor elements on a single thermopile sensor chip, and the two thermopile sensor elements are separated by a block wall of a cap. One of the thermopile sensor elements senses external infrared thermal radiation through a window of the cap, and the other thermopile sensor element senses internal infrared thermal radiation from a package structure as a basis for correcting compensation. Therefore, the foregoing thermal sensor package for earbuds can quickly correct a measurement error caused by the package structure to improve the measurement accuracy. In addition, the forgoing thermal sensor package for earbuds has a simple packaging step and is easy to arrange a silicon based infrared lens to expand its application.

    Abstract: Enabling the use of lithium metal as an anode electrode is a key for developing next generation energy storage device beyond current lithium ion battery technology. However, there are major obstacles that need to be overcome before it can be used in commercial applications; specifically, dendrite formation can short the cell, and electrolyte decomposition contributes to decreased battery lifetimes. Each obstacle can be overcome by coating a lithium metal anode with a liquid metal buffer that enables uniform deposition of lithium ions thereon, preventing dendritic growth and forming a stable solid electrolyte interface to separate the lithium metal anode from the electrolyte within a battery cell. The liquid metal buffer becomes a semi-liquid buffer when contributing to forming a solid electrolyte interface, and can regain its liquid state when the lithium ions flow to the cathode of the battery cell.

    Abstract: A graphene ternary composite direct current-carrying plate includes an anode plate and a cathode plate. Placed between the anode plate and the cathode plate is a graphene composite layer. The graphene composite layer is doped with a certain proportion of graphene in the aluminum mesh frame. The plate of the invention has small thickness, low ohmic voltage drop, good porosity, and low current loss. This reduces the electrolysis power consumption, thereby significantly reducing the product cost and effectively promoting the industrial production market of the sodium chlorate electrolysis method. The plate also reduces energy consumption and is environmentally friendly.
