  • Patent number: 11336666
Abstract: Conventional email filtering services are not suitable for recognizing sophisticated malicious emails, and therefore may allow sophisticated malicious emails to reach inboxes by mistake. Introduced here are threat detection platforms designed to take an integrative approach to detecting security threats. For example, after receiving input indicative of an approval from an individual to access past email received by employees of an enterprise, a threat detection platform can download past emails to build a machine learning (ML) model that understands the norms of communication with internal contacts (e.g., other employees) and/or external contacts (e.g., vendors). By applying the ML model to incoming email, the threat detection platform can identify security threats in real time in a targeted manner.

  • Publication number: 20210236956
Abstract: Disclosed is a microwave chemical method for totally extracting fluorine and rare earth from bastnaesite concentrate, including: alkaline conversion defluorination of bastnaesite through microwave irradiation, microwave-assisted leaching of fluorine, solid-liquid separation of leaching solution and microwave-assisted leaching of rare earth. The rare earth hydrochloric acid solution for leaching contains no fluorine ion, so that the fluorine interference of subsequent processes such as impurity removal can be completely avoided; the fluorine and the rare earth are leached with microwaves, which does not need the stirring, so that the automatic control is easy to implement; the fluorine and rare earth leaching speed is high, the leaching time is short and the complete leaching of fluorine and little residual alkali in the slag can be realized by two-time leaching; and no fluorine-containing waste water is discharged, and the total extraction of the rare earth can be realized by one-time leaching.

  • Patent number: 11041761
Abstract: An optical sensing circuit includes a capacitor, and a light sensing unit, a compensation unit, and a switching element coupled to the capacitor. The light sensing unit includes a first light sensing transistor for sensing a first color. The compensation unit includes a second light sensing transistor for sensing a second color. The spectra of the second color and the first color do not overlap each other. When the light illuminates, the light sensing unit generates a first current and the compensation unit generates a second current. The second current reduces the magnitude of the charging or discharging current when the capacitor is charged or discharged by the first current. When the switching element turned on, the voltage of the capacitor is read to determine the color of the light. The voltage level of the gate of the first or second light sensing transistor is adjustable.

  • Publication number: 20210086299
Abstract: Laser ablation processing method for debris-free and efficient removal of materials, using a refrigeration device to condense the water vapor and form a thin frost layer on the materials at temperatures below the freezing point. The residual debris deposits on the frost layer covered on the material during the ablation process, which is easily removed when the frost layer melts. At the same time, the frost layer in the laser irradiation area melts to a liquid layer, which can effectively reduce the deposition of debris on the inner wall of the groove and thus improve the efficiency and quality of laser ablation. The method is applicable to debris-free laser processing on an arbitrary curved surface.
