A method for manufacturing a pouch case of a secondary battery according to the present invention includes: stacking a metal layer above an inner layer and stacking an outer layer, which includes colored dye particles, above the metal layer, thereby producing a pouch film; forming the pouch film into a three-dimensional shape so that an electrode assembly is accommodated therein; and measuring an elongation rate of the pouch film through color of the outer layer.
