    Abstract: A water-cooled motor controller includes a capacitor, a water-cooled plate, and a power module stacked in a controller housing. The power module is fixedly connected to the water-cooled plate. The water-cooled plate is provided with a cooling medium flow channel on one side facing the power module, and the other side of the water-cooling plate on which the cooling medium flow channel faces away from the power module side contacts the capacitor through an insulating and thermally conductive material for heat exchange. The water-cooled plate and the controller housing are fixedly connected to each other with a cooling medium passage provided therebetween. A cooling medium flows in from the controller housing, and then flows out of the controller housing after being heat exchanged by the water-cooled plate. The present invention utilizes upper and lower surfaces of the water-cooled plate to dissipate heat from the capacitor and the power module simultaneously.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of preparing a drug-iodinated oil dispersion by high-pressure dissolution. In the invention, drug molecules are dissolved in and thoroughly mixed with iodinated oil under high pressure and rapid stirring. After the depressurization, the drug molecules are dispersed in the iodinated oil to prepare a uniformly-mixed drug-iodinated oil dispersion. The drug-iodinated oil dispersion prepared herein, compared to the drug-iodinated oil suspension and emulsion, has advantages of controllable morphology, long-term stability and slow drug-releasing rate, moreover, the drug molecules do not negatively affect the iodinated oil in physicochemical properties such as viscosity. In the liver cancer treatment, the prepared drug-iodinated oil dispersion is firstly injected through the hepatic arteries to perform the embolization, and the drug molecules are slowly released for a sustained treatment. The invention provides a good reference for the therapy combined with iodinated oil embolization.

    Abstract: A method to minimize cache pressure using slot pressure profile (SPP)-guided Algorithm includes generating an intermediate SPP from a binary code of a DBMS. The generated intermediate SPP is received and a reference SPP is output. The reference SPP has a value assigned for each cache slot in a cache, whereby a cache slot value is indicative of cache pressure. The reference SPP is accepted and a candidate slot list related to the cache is produced by sorting the values in the reference SPP. A slot number among the candidate slot list is decided and passed to find an open memory address mapping to the decided slot number for a bee code, the bee code being a specialized version of a DBMS function created and loaded into the cache at run-time. A query with the bee code is executed using the open memory address found.

    Abstract: When routing light on photonic integrated circuit (PIC) chips optical back-reflection and scattering can be highly detrimental to the desired application. Unused ports of optical devices, such as MMI, DC, Y-junction, PD, etc. are a cause for back-reflection and scattering, whereby the scattered light could get picked up by adjacent components, e.g. photodetectors. Management of stray light on the PIC is needed to prevent the undesired coupling between various components and to reduce noise. A dump taper may be used to guide and scatter stray light away from sensitive components or fully absorb the light while maintaining very low reflection from the taper. A doped dump taper may be used to passively absorb light reaching the unused port, thereby eliminating unwanted reflection and scattering. Alternatively, an undoped taper may be used to scatter light away from sensitive components while maintaining very low back-reflection.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a device for pulverization and explosion suppression of low carbon gas hydrate (LCGH). A feeding chamber connects with a pulverizing chamber, and the chambers communicate through a feed port. A pulverizing air pipe and the feeding chamber communicate through a feeding air pipe; two ends of a venturi connect with an entrainment chamber and a disperser respectively; and a gas-solid separation membrane (GSSM) is disposed on a discharging port and used for preventing LCGH powder from entering the entrainment chamber from the pulverizing chamber. When an explosion is triggered, the GSSM is opened to make the LCGH powder enter the entrainment chamber. The device can store and pulverize the LCGH and spray LCGH powder to achieve combustion and explosion suppression.
