    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relates to an information transmitting method and apparatus. The information transmitting method can include adding, by means of a control unit, an information element (IE) to radio resource control (RRC) signaling configured for the SPS scheduling, the IE being used for indicating a reference value of the number of candidate positions of the SPS scheduling unit of the UE, and transmitting the RRC signaling carrying the reference value of the number of candidate positions and period information of the SPS scheduling unit to the UE. According to the present embodiment, the RRC signaling carrying the reference value of the number of candidate positions and the periodic information of the SPS scheduling unit is transmitted to the UE, so that the UE can determine the number of candidate positions according to the received RRC signaling, and receive the SPS scheduling unit at the candidate position.

Two or more semiconductor chips are positioned in a side-by-side proximal arrangement overlaying the bridge and the substrate. A first semiconductor chip is joined to the bridge, then a second semiconductor chip is joined to the bridge, followed by attaching the chip-bridge assembly to the substrate with the bridge positioned within the substrate trench. Each of the two or more semiconductor chips have first electrical connections including bumps, and second electrical connections including third pads.

    Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for calculating multi-pass histograms for palette table derivation include an encoder that calculates a first histogram for a first portion of most significant bits (MSBs) of pixel component values of a block of an image or video frame. Then, the encoder selects a given number of the highest pixel count bins from the first histogram. The encoder then increases the granularity of these selected highest pixel count bins by evaluating one or more additional bits from the pixel component values. A second histogram is calculated for the concatenation of the original first portion MSBs from the highest pixel count bins and the one or more additional bits, and the highest pixel count bins are selected from the second histogram. A palette table is derived based on these highest pixel count bins selected from the second histogram, and the block is encoded using the palette table.

A data connection between a lifesaving trauma stabilization helmet associated with a first user in a first location and a display device in a second location is established. First video data and first audio data are collected and transmitted to the display device. The first video data and the first audio data are output on the display device to the remote user. Contextual information for the first user is collected from the remote user. The contextual information collected from the remote user is transmitted to the lifesaving trauma stabilization helmet. The contextual information is presented to the first user as haptic feedback using a haptic output device comprising two groups of three vibrating elements having unique tones integrated to opposing lateral sides of the lifesaving trauma stabilization helmet.
