Abstract: A stamping and die-cutting tool with quick mould change design comprises: a casing and a pushing member. The pushing member has a pushing portion to be fixed at an extended position and a retracted position alternatively after being pressed repeatedly. The pushing member is fixed in the casing. A mould have an attractive surface and is moveably disposed in the casing in such a manner that the attractive surface is attracted to the pushing portion of the pushing member; by pressing the mould, the pushing member will be moved out of and retracted into the casing, so that the mould can be changed easily.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a punching device with replaceable punching die, in which, a punching die can be easily replaced since it can be freely taken out of or assembled in a basement and an inserting frame of the punching device without difficulties. Thereby, the consumer can buy plural punching dies with lower cost, and then choose a suitable punching die, based on real needs, to cooperate with the basement.

Abstract: A lever-operated paper punch generally comprises a base plate, a male die, a cover, a hook pin, a spring and a lever. Wherein the lever is rotatably disposed on the hook pin and which can be rotated to abut flush against the top surface of the cover so as to eliminate a space between the lever and the base plate, such that the paper punch of the present invention can be well preserved by putting an end to a possibility of injury caused by inserting fingers into the spacing between the lever and the base plate.
