  • Patent number: 12657539
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure may be used to determine risk scores associated with entities in a supply chain. Some embodiments described herein provide unique benefits to alternative implementation approaches including the ability to calculate risk updates using a ‘stream’ based approach rather than a batch-based approach, thereby enabling updates to be highly parallelized and reducing change to update latency. Some embodiments provide a separation of a result calculation from its use, thereby increasing decoupling and facilitating easy updates, and persistence of results in an intermediate cache thereby reducing read latency and response times when queried. Other embodiments may be disclosed or claimed.

  • Publication number: 20260111279
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to computer-implemented methods, software, and systems for distributing task execution at nodes of a web service cluster. A request is sent from an interface gateway to execute a task at a first service node at a web service cluster. The first service node is one of a plurality of service nodes at the web service cluster. The first service node is selected to execute the task based on evaluating a resource status matrix defining resource statuses of the plurality of service nodes in the web service cluster and resource requirements of the task. A status response from the first service node is obtained after executing the task. The status response comprises a current resource snapshot of the first service node. The resource status matrix is updated based on the obtained status response from the first service node.

  • Publication number: 20260084237
Abstract: A laser cutting apparatus and a method for dicing a wafer. The laser cutting apparatus is used to cut a substrate retained on a support table and includes a laser. The substrate is disposed between the laser and the support table. The laser is adapted to emit first and second laser radiations so that the first laser radiation and the second radiation act on the substrate at different locations, a difference T between the time at which the second laser radiation acts on the substrate at the location and the time at which the first laser radiation acts on the substrate at the location is longer than or equal to 0. The first laser radiation is used to cut the substrate, and the second laser radiation is used to clear byproducts produced from the cutting of the substrate by the first laser radiation.

  • Publication number: 20260066293
Abstract: A method for manufacturing the negative electrode of a lithium-ion battery. The method involves the use of silicon nanoparticles bonded with carbon atoms to create a robust three-dimensional network, such Si—C bonding enhances the mechanical strength of the battery anode, mitigating expansion problems, and significantly extending the battery's lifespan. As a result, the battery exhibits a prolonged lifespan, capable of enduring 5 to 10 times more charge-discharge cycles compared to conventional batteries. This innovative approach addresses the key limitations of current solutions by combining mechanical strength with enhanced conductivity, offering a promising pathway for the development of high-capacity, durable silicon-based lithium-ion batteries.

  • Patent number: 12459121
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, devices, and methods for efficiently checking the integrity of a robot system. The integrity-checking system may generate a predefined motion instruction for a robot, where the predefined motion instruction instructs the robot to perform a random movement at a test time. The random movement may be associated with an expected observation at the test time. The integrity-checking system may also determine a systematic failure based on a difference between the expected observation and a current observation of the robot at the test time. The current observation may be determined from received sensor data, and if the integrity-checking system detects a failure, it may stop the robot's motion or other mitigating instructions.

  • Patent number: 12265847
Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for concurrent duplicated sub process control in a workflow engine. One example method includes executing a sub process of a workflow process using an instance of a node that represents the sub process. After executing the sub process, a determination is made as to whether the node is a join node that has multiple direct predecessor nodes in a graph of the workflow process. If the node is a join node, dependent nodes of the join node are identified for which traversal of the graph from a dependent node passes through the join node. A set of active dependent node instances of the dependent nodes are identified and a determination is made as to whether to wait for completion of any particular dependent node instances or if workflow execution can continue beyond the join node.
