    Abstract: A copper ion-complexed poly gamma-glutamic acid (?-PGA)/chitosan (CS)/cotton blended antibacterial knitted fabric and a preparation method includes chitosan that is crosslinked with poly gamma-glutamic acid, then a copper-ammonia complex ion solution is added to prepare a spinning solution. The spinning solution is wet spun and then stretched, washed with water, finished, washed with water, and dried to get copper ion-complexed poly gamma-glutamic acid/chitosan composite fibers. The blended antibacterial knitted fabric is then prepared by using cotton fiber yarns and the composite fibers. There is a very high coordination coefficient between carboxyl groups of gamma-PGA and amino groups of CS, so the structure is stable. Poly-gamma glutamic acid can be used as water-retaining agent and heavy metal ion adsorbent, which can increase the loading rate of copper ions.

The prosthetic hand simultaneously controls four fingers to implement bending and stretching movements by a first motor through structural designs of a prosthetic hand body, a finger transmission module, an inter-finger transmission module, and a thumb driving module, and limits the transmission torque between the motor and screws using a damping shaft and in cooperation with the telescopic characteristic of a telescopic component. On the one hand, mechanical damage to the prosthetic hand structure due to excessive torque outputted by the motor can be prevented. On the other hand, the self-adaptive grasping function of the prosthetic hand can be implemented. The disclosure can also effectively solve issues such as excessive volume or mass of the prosthetic hand, complicated control system, and low operation precision.

    Abstract: A system is described herein for controlling an inverter comprising an artificial neural network (ANN) and a space vector pulse-width modulation converter. The ANN comprises an input layer, plurality of hidden layers, an output layer, and a processor. The ANN receives a plurality of input signals and produces output signals that control a SVPWM converter. The ANN is trained to minimize a cost function and to implement optimal control based on ADP. Further, the ANN can be configured to handle rated current and PWM saturation constraints in providing volt/VAR control functions. Finally, the ANN uses averaged feedback signals instead of instantaneous feedback signals to improve volt/VAR control performance of parallel inverters. Performance evaluation shows that an ANN controller has a strong ability to maintain volt and VAR control at the grid edge and prevent fighting between inverters thereby allowing an inverter to work effectively in parallel with other ANN-controlled inverters.
