For example, when any number of component carriers is added for V2X CA, a user equipment (UE) capable of V2X sidelink communication is allowed an interruption of up to two subframes to the cellular network. The interruption may be for both uplink and downlink of a serving cell or primary cell.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an efficient vibration reduction and isolation base supported by a chained panel fluid bladder, including a chained panel, the vibration reduction fluid bladder, vertical limiting devices and a bottom plate. The chained panel is a discontinuous structure formed by connecting chained substructure panels in series by panel hinge devices. The vibration reduction fluid bladder and the vertical limiting devices are fixedly installed between the chained panel and the bottom plate. The chained panel is constructed based on the impedance mismatch principle and provided with a mechanical device. Mechanical vibration energy is dissipated twice by the chained panel and the vibration reduction fluid bladder, thereby greatly reducing influences of mechanical device operation on a hull structure.

    Abstract: Some embodiments include a system, method, and computer program product for radio resource management (RRM) scaling factor enhancement without measurement gaps (MGs) in an E-UTRA-New Radio (NR) Dual Connectivity (EN-DC) network. Some embodiments include a user equipment (UE) that receives from a Primary Node (PN), a first NR measurement object (MO) without MG associated with a frequency. The UE receives from a Secondary Node (SN), a second NR MO without MG associated with the same frequency. The UE allocates resources based on a Primary Secondary Component Carrier (PSCC) and determines a scaling factor for determining a total procedure period for obtaining measurements to satisfy the first and the second NR MO without MG. Some embodiments include combining counts of NR MO without MG at a same frequency. Some embodiments include coordination between the PN and the SN so that MOs without MG at a common frequency satisfy the merging rule.

    Abstract: A fully electrically controlled intelligent subsurface safety valve is provided, including an upper joint, a lower joint, a magnetic switch, an upper electromagnetic suction module, a central flow pipe, a magnetic piston ring, a lower electromagnetic suction module, a rebound flap valve mechanism, a displacement sensor, a temperature and pressure sensor, a flow sensor, and a power communication composite cable connector. With the magnetic assisted reset of the two electromagnetic suction modules, the safety valve closes more quickly in emergency situations, improving the reliability of the safety valve. By using a magnetic excitation switch, the safety valve can be quickly opened and closed, and the open or close state can be maintained independently, saving energy consumption in the control system. The present disclosure can better meet the needs of onshore and offshore oil and gas production operations and gas storage operations.

A cellular base station may serve as a source base station of a handover procedure from the source base station to a target non-terrestrial network (NTN) base station. The cellular base station may configure a parameter associated with the target NTN base station in a handover command, the parameter being related to NTN mobility, and send the handover command to a wireless device for use by the wireless device during the handover procedure.
