    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of food processing, and in particular relates to a rapid and non-destructive quantitative evaluation method for taste characteristics of fried rice. The method includes three steps: constructing a quantitative model of seasoning for the fried rice, constructing a model for identifying types of materials of the fried rice, and performing quantitative characterization of the taste characteristics of the fried rice. The quantitative model of the seasoning is established based on sensitivity of a spectral signal to changes of the content of seasoning liquid. An analytic equation of key parameters of the quantitative model of the seasoning is established according to characteristics that the total amount of the seasoning in finished fried rice is equal to the total amount of the seasoning added during frying of the fried rice. The quantitative model of the seasoning is rapidly constructed by solving the equations.

    Abstract: In a transistor turnoff system, a transistor control circuit is configured to adjust a control voltage at a transistor control output responsive to a comparison signal at a control input. The control voltage has a slew rate. A comparator has a comparator output and first and second comparator inputs. The first comparator input is coupled to the transistor control output. The comparator is configured to: provide the comparison signal at the comparator output based on a reference voltage at the second comparator input; and deactivate the transistor control circuit by changing a state of the comparison signal responsive to the control voltage falling below the reference voltage. A slew-rate compensator is configured to increase the reference voltage by a compensation voltage that compensates for a time delay of the comparator or the transistor control circuit. The compensation voltage is proportional to the slew rate.

Based on the informative features and regions in the video feed, relation-aware audio features can be determined by running a third neural network. A dual-modality representation can be obtained based on the relation-aware video features and the relation-aware audio features by running a fourth neural network. The dual-modality representation can be input to a classifier to identity an audio-visual event in the video feed.

The search results may be transmitted based on the searching of the electronic catalog including the plurality of product images for the first query color.

A high precision 3D measurement model is established; a 3D measurement model based on a 1D displacement sensor is established, and the calibration method of the measurement model is proposed, which will improve the precision of the 3D measurement model and solve the problem of inaccurate spatial measurement caused by the errors of the sensor extrinsic parameters.
