    Abstract: Example communication methods and apparatus are described. One example communication method includes receiving broadcast information by a terminal device. The broadcast information includes a first parameter and a second parameter that are for a first cell. The first parameter is used for cell selection or cell reselection performed by a terminal device that supports supplementary uplink (SUL) carrier transmission, and the second parameter is used for cell selection or cell reselection performed by a terminal device that does not support SUL carrier transmission. The terminal device performs cell selection or cell reselection based on the first parameter when the terminal device supports SUL carrier transmission. The terminal device performs cell selection or cell reselection based on the second parameter when the terminal device does not support SUL carrier transmission.

    Abstract: Presented herein are embodiments of energy-based models (EBMs), which may be trained via embodiments of a multistage coarse-to-fine expanding and sampling strategy. Embodiments of the training methodology start with learning a coarse-level EBM from images at low resolution and then gradually transits to learn a finer-level EBM from images at higher resolution by expanding the energy function as the learning progresses. Embodiments are computationally efficient with smooth learning and sampling. Tested embodiments achieved the best performance on image generation amongst all EBMs and successfully synthesized high-fidelity images. Embodiments may also be used for image restoration and out-of-distribution detection. Framework embodiments may be further generalized for one-sided unsupervised image-to-image translation and beat baseline methods in terms of model size and training budget. Also presented herein are embodiments of a gradient-based generative saliency methodology to interpret the translation dynamics.

The phosphorus-containing high-silica molecular sieve shows an improved hydrocracking activity in the presence of nitrogen-containing species when used in the preparation of hydrocracking catalysts.

The materials of the permanent magnet comprise the main phase alloy powders and the Ce added phase alloy powders, wherein the Ce added phase alloy is a magnetic phase or a non-magnetic liquid-phase alloy; and the Ce added phase alloy accounts for 5% to 30% of the total weight of the permanent magnet, and the remainder is the main phase alloy. During the jet milling stage, a certain concentration of oxygen is added into the inert gas, so that the final magnet has an oxygen content of 1500 to 2500 ppm.
