    Abstract: The present invention relates to the preparation method of a hollow mesoporous silica sphere coated with gold shell and its use in tumor therapy. In the present invention, the hollow mesoporous silica sphere is made as core and its surface is uniformly coated with the gold shell. The antitumor medicine is loaded in the hollow mesoporous silica sphere and the tumor specific targeting agent is coupled with the surface of the gold shell. The particle size of the hollow mesoporous silica sphere and the thickness of the gold shell are controllable. Based on the Mie Scattering Theory, the hollow mesoporous silica sphere coated with gold shell can adjust its absorption in near-infrared area and convert the light energy of infrared laser into peripheral heat which can kill the malignant tumor cells.

    Abstract: Preparation of galactose albumin adriamycin magnetic nanoparticles: in order to prepare galactose albumin magnetic nanoparticle, cottonseed oil and magnetic nano powder is needed. Mix galactose albumin, adriamycin and magnetic nanoparticle at a proportion, and get the particle through emulsification in cottonseed oil, heating for solidification, and diethyl ether washing. This invention couples galactose to the surface of nanoparticle to form galactose nanoparticle, which targets actively and passively to improve the drug targeting level to liver. Modifying albumin adriamycin magnetic nanoparticles with galactose enhances its targeting level.

    Abstract: The technological plan of preparing approach of galactosized algin-polylysine nanoparticle is: synthesize galactosized polylysine by hydrogenization of amine, to apply “finished gelatin of Wharton” to synthesize galactosized algin-polylysine nano gelatin of Wharton: dissolve algin and Calcium chloride in the water respectively, with the magnetic agitation of algin solution, add Calcium chloride solution and galactosized polylysine in turn, standing overnight at ordinary temperature, then get the galactosized algin-polylysine nanoparticle suspl. Nanoparticle suspl. is purified by SephadexG-25. Purified output is dehydrated in vacuum. High liver-target nanogene carrier system from this invention offers theoretical foundation and experimental basis to the targeted gene therapy of primarily hepatoma, and extend to the gene therapy of viral hepatitis and the construction of gene-engineering liver cells.
