Each of the first outlet nozzles is assembled with a diverter in interference fit way inside, the external revolution surface of the diverter is disposed with side grooves, each side groove is disposed with an oblique groove to make the water flowing of the first outlet cavity rotated when the water flowing is entered into the diverter, the diverter is disposed with centre holes throughout along the axis; the first outlet cavity is disposed with a moving plate inside; the outlet unit is connected to the fixed unit in rotating way, the plate can move between a first and second state.
