Abstract: This application provides a thermal insulation mat, which includes a main body portion, folded portions, and edge portions, wherein the edge portions are arranged at edges of the main body portion, and the folded portions penetrate through the main body portion; the main body portion includes a first thermal insulation layer and a second thermal insulation layer, and the first thermal insulation layer includes an upper thermal insulation sheet and a lower thermal insulation sheet; the upper thermal insulation sheet and the lower thermal insulation sheet are arranged opposite to each other to form a receiving space; the second thermal insulation layer is sandwiched between the upper thermal insulation sheet and the lower thermal insulation sheet. The mat is good in thermal insulation effect and easily stored.
