    Abstract: An elastic wave cloaking lattice-based metamaterial for cloaking an object within a void includes a lattice of connected unit cells arranged to form a void, each unit cell comprising a mass and a plurality of connecting springs, the mass coupled by the plurality of connecting springs to masses in adjacent unit cells, the plurality of connecting springs comprising at least two large springs of a first length and at least two short springs of a second length, the first length greater than the second length, the springs and masses having relational and mechanical characteristics to facilitate elastic wave cloaking in the totality of the lattice. The lattice as a whole has metamaterial properties resulting from the positional relationship and mechanical properties of masses and connecting springs of the unit cells such that the lattice at least partially cloaks an object or material portioned within the void from elastic waves.

    Abstract: The invention provides a 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin drug precursor with fluorescence activity and a preparation method and use thereof. The method involves that a carboxyl group of a boron dipyrromethene dye molecule is condensed with a hydroxyl group at the 10 position of 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin, yielding a 7-ethyl-10-hydroxy-camptothecin drug precursor (BDP-SN38) with fluorescent activity. BDP-SN38 shows good solubility and stability in most pharmaceutically acceptable solvents. Compared with SN38, BDP-SN38 exhibits comparable antitumor activity, has high tumor uptake capacity, and produces strong green fluorescence with the excitation of visible light, thus providing fluorescence-guided bioimaging and further treatment of residual tumors after drug treatment, and having good application prospects in the research of integrated diagnosis and treatment and effective tumor treatment.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of photosensitizers, and particularly to a near-infrared nano-photosensitizer and a preparation method and use thereof. The near-infrared nano-photosensitizer in the present invention is modified by conjugation extension of the boron dipyrromethene core, achieving absorption and emission spectra close to the near-infrared region. A polyfluoroalkyl group and a polyethylene glycol group are introduced to the boron dipyrromethene structure to obtain an amphiphilic photosensitizer. By means of the strong fluorine-fluorine interaction between the polyfluoroalkyl group and the hydrophilic interaction of the polyethylene glycol group, a nano-photosensitive micelle with an ultra-low CMC value is ultimately constructed. Boron dipyrromethene is induced by fluorine-fluorine interaction to undergo J-aggregation, causing the maximum absorption peak to red-shift to the near-infrared region, beneficial to the deep phototherapy of tumors.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a capsaicin-derived photosensitizer, and a preparation method and use thereof. Boron-dipyrromethene is used as a core of the photosensitizer, which has a maximum absorption peak red-shifted to the near infrared region by expanding the ? system and is introduced with a capsaicin-targeting group to construct a capsaicin-derived photosensitizer cap-BDP with high-performance targeting of TRPV1 protein. The photosensitizer can generate singlet oxygen under low-power LED irradiation, which specifically activates the TRPV1 protein pathway, causes significant calcium influx, and induces apoptosis of tumor cells. Moreover, the generated singlet oxygen directly oxidizes endogenous substances in cells to cause cell apoptosis, eventually achieving light-induced bifunctional synergistic therapy.
