    Abstract: A print apparatus is disclosed. In an example, the print apparatus comprises: a photoconductive surface to receive a latent image representative of an image to be printed onto a printable substrate; a plurality of print components, each print component having a surface movable relative to the photoconductive surface, wherein a current or voltage is to be applied between the print component surface and the photoconductive surface; and processing circuitry to: measure a current or voltage between each print component surface and the photoconductive surface; responsive to detecting a deviation in the measured current or voltage from a reference current or voltage in respect of any of the plurality of print components, determine that there exists a defect associated with the photoconductive surface; and determine, based on the amount of deviation of the measured current or voltage from the reference current or voltage, an indication of the size of the defect.

    Abstract: In one example a method comprises moving, by a processor, a photoreceptor of a print apparatus. The photoreceptor is movable between a fully engaged position in which the photoreceptor is to engage a transfer member of the print apparatus to transfer an image from the photoreceptor to the transfer member and a fully disengaged position in which the photoreceptor is remote from the transfer member. The method comprises moving, by a processor, the photoreceptor to an intermediate position between the fully engaged and fully disengaged positions. The method comprises engaging, by a processor, a cleaning system of the print apparatus with the photoreceptor when the photoreceptor is in the intermediate position.

The print agent transfer roller and the electrode may define walls of a cavity through which print agent is to pass. The electrode may comprise an aperture via which a portion of the print agent is able to exit the cavity. A method and a print apparatus are also disclosed.
